Fantastic food. Had the cinnamon roll to start and then the Italian sandwich, both very good. Bloody Mary excellent as well. Went in 2026 when in town with Ed for Manson show. Really cool spot would highly recommend.

Went here for my birthday dinner with my fiancé and i must say it was the the most special a restaurant has ever made me feel! They asked what we were celebrating beforehand and things that I like to do/my hobbies- and then created a personalized menu with photos of them & even gifted me a watercolor paint set! It was so special. I loved the big windows/lighting inside. Not blaring loud like most Nashville restaurants. It was also nice to have space between tables / not be shoulder to shoulder or overhearing others’s convos. We got the Tagliatelle, Agnolotti, Lasagna Bianca, Lobster Tortellini, Burrata, Wood Fired White Beans & Tiramisu. My favorite was the lasagna Bianca - it was very unique & I love that it was “crisped” it the wood-fired oven. The homemade pasta was delicious. Food was warm and presentation was amazing 🤩The lobster tortellini was also delicious. Very unique flavors overall and good pairings. The tiramisu is also delicious - the bottom layer is more like a shortbread cookie than a ladyfinger- great texture. We parked a little bit away in street parking rather than the garage; sounds like this was the right move based on the 2 hr garage limit (meals here will take at least that amount of time). This was the only slight downside: wait times during the meal - it seemed like food came out quickly enough but they may be slightly understaffed from a waiting/bartending standpoint. But I know this restaurant just opened so they’re still working out the kinks. giving grace! I will definitely come back and want to try the weekend brunch! Thanks for making it such a special night.

This was our first time dining at Indaco. It was a family reunion with 1/2 of our party traveling from out of town. Avoid parking at the Modera Retail Parking Garage that the restaurant's website mentions unless your phone is charged and you can ensure that you will not be in the garage over 2 hours. My experience was unfortunately very soured by the $73.50 parking charge I incurred parking at this garage because my iPhone died and I couldn't scan the QR code. Most of our party walked to the restaurant because it was less than a mile from our townhouse in Germantown, but 2 of us parked cars in the Modera Retail garage. My car was parked for 2 hours and 18 minutes and I was charged $73.50. I was unable to validate the QR code at Indaco because my iPhone had died and of course the Metropolis parking account associated with my car is tied to my iPhone. I couldn't scan the QR code at Indaco and my iPhone is older and Indaco didn't have a charger that could charge my phone. My sister who joined us after working all day in Brentwood also parked in the garage. Her car was parked over 2 hours. The charge would have been $71.25 for her car, but she was able to scan the QR code in the restaurant and $45.00 was deducted, so she paid $26.25. The restaurant's website does state it is complimentary for up to 2 hours, but a full dinner meal will probably take over 2 hours. Our waiter was very nice but overall the service was slow. We all enjoyed the Poplette (meatballs) and lasagna but had mixed reviews about the rest of our dishes. Prices seemed expensive which made the parking charge an added insult. Overall we had a very nice visit and reunion as a family.

Yet another Italian restaurant that may have started with a top chef and good intentions but as they expand to half a dozen or so venues, 2 to open in Florida soon...the food just isn't very good. Despite the hip location, the vibe is not at all upbeat, somber really. Although I relish the view of the chemical containers across the street, not so sure the auto adjusting shades going all the way up at 7PM made any sense. All would be forgotten if the food was actually terrific, and it was not. A solid rich red sauce is a must for any Italian restaurant that serves it, and theirs is really weak, tasteless actually. So the pizza, although it came out of a wood burning oven, was pretty mundane; the crust uninspired and the cheese gloppy and devoid of flavor. The pasta was overcooked, so they fired us a new one, and it was al dente the 2nd time around, but honestly for $34, 5 Raviolis better knock my socks off, and this was OK at best. For dessert we shared a Lemon Panna Cotta with a rich marshmallow like meringue and candied pistachios...the toppings were interesting but the actual panna cotta was dull, and flavorless with a a consistency more like a thicker gel like Flan than the more sophisticated and typically creamier Italian counterpart. Hard pass!

There are so many great things about this place that I need to list off: -Ambiance was great -Noise level seemed control, my husband and I were able to have great conversation without having to scream to one another -The food was absolutely incredible and priced accordingly. -They also have plenty of gluten free options -Cruze was the best waiter and took such great care of us We try out a ton of new restaurants all over Nashville and this one is definitely at the top of our list and we will definitely be back.
