    Not clean and very rude. Had the worst experience my husband ordered smoothies we found hair in one of the drinks than we went back to the guy that’s works there he was on the phone not even paying attention to the us we trying to get he’s attention he was very rude definitely won’t ever be back

    We were walking around the mall today, and with some of the stores and hallways having their A/C out, it was especially hot. We stopped by Haagen-Dazs and ordered the Belgian Chocolate Shake. It was delicious, rich, creamy, and very refreshing. Service was fast, and the staff was friendly. They also have a great variety of ice cream flavors and shakes to choose from. A perfect spot to cool off while shopping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    We arrived and the employee who attended us did not respond to our greeting. Throughout the entire interaction, we were polite and repeatedly said “thank you,” but he never responded or spoke a single word to us. He appeared to be serving the ice cream reluctantly and would return to looking at his phone whenever he had the chance. Customer service seemed to be the last thing on his mind. At least his coworker made an effort to be friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience with this employee was disappointing. Someone with this attitude should not be working in customer service.
