  I am writing to express my severe disappointment with the appalling conditions and poor management during my recent visit. While the three teenage employees worked diligently despite long lines, an inactive staff member—presumably a manager—stood by idly without offering any assistance. Furthermore, the hygiene was unacceptable: flies swarmed the food areas, preventing us from purchasing our cones, and overflowing trash bins emitted a foul odor. Given this lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance, my husband and I will never be returning.

  The two young ladies who helped me was very sweet. there was 3 male workers there that was just talking and laughing and wasn’t helping the young ladies and there was a long line. there was nates and flys flying all over the place. honestly would not recommend.
