  Great place close to the interstate.. great food and friendly servers. The name means macaw in Spanish. 🦜

  We were driving home from Florida and needed to use Electrify America. It was directly located next to this barely noticeable strip mall taco place. We needed lunch and a bathroom and couldn’t dine inside since we had a puppy. Tacos sounded good. The gentleman at the counter had the sweetest disposition. I asked about the Authentic Mexican tacos. He told me what I expected. Corn, onions and cilantro. No cheese. I thought about the cheese. He even joked with me that was Tex Mex:) But he would do it for me. He said we had to do the hot sauce to make it truly authentic and we agreed on that. They were incredible!! The restaurant was adorable inside. I’m pretty sure somebody’s Abuela was in the back making food. My only regret was that I couldn’t stay long enough to get a margarita. Because if they were anything like the tacos? Wow! Most places get the corn tortillas too soggy and they kind of fall apart. These were grilled to perfection and held up for electric car charging puppy watching tail gaiting! Don’t pass this little gem up! Have that margarita for me and find the Abuela and make sure she knows how good her tacos are.

  Always love the food and atmosphere. The regular staff are all genuinely kind, and the prices are great. Been going for years. So grateful to have such a great place in the neighborhood to return time and again. Their takeout is also fast and dependable. Lastly, don’t hesitate to request the hand-made margarita—it’s fantastic (not too sweet) and well-priced!

  Been twice and first time I got sick, tried it a second time because its close to my work and they couldn't even get my order right.

  Charlie & I loved Guacamayas. Their food, servers and atmosphere was wonderful. Our favorite dish was their chicken fajitas quesadillas. They were excellent! We got to know one of the servers very well and would always ask for her. She knew exactly what we wanted to eat and drink. Everyone there are so nice, friendly and treated us senior citizens with love and kindness. Charlie did not get a to complete our review because he unexpectedly passed away, so with tears in my eyes and with much saddness I'm, his wife, Terry, is completely it for us. Guacamayas was a very special place for us and we enjoyed the delicious food and the people that made us feel so special. I definitely will continue to be a customer of this restaurant, enjoying their outstanding food, service, people and the wonderful memories my husband and I made there. Thank you Guacamayas and Staff!❤️
