  Food lion is my favorite store most of the time I go out well attended but today we were attended by a new employee she was not friendly at all she didn't even say the word to us it was a very uncomfortable and tasteless moment, if she is someone who works to serve customers she should be more professional and be kind to customers and at least say thank you or welcome. But well, the store is very good, I find my products, my favorite is always Angie, I hope you can read my comment

  The worst ever. Not the store itself, but the employees in pick up order department. I placed an online order for pick up for the next day. They made me wait alllll day and then started shopping my order. The shopper was being lazy and didn't wanna shop my items because my order was big. She kept refunding all the items saying they were out of stock when I clearly had substitutions for each item I ordered. I messaged her and asked if she could replace with the substituted choice instead of refunding everything. After that, she just stopped shopping my order all together. I contacted the store and the pick up department and they put the shopper on the phone. She tells me the whole system went out and they couldn't fulfill my order and I would have to contact someone about a refund (for my $440 order) I automatically knew she was lying and she just didn't wanna shop my order so I got my son's phone and placed a pick up order online that was only $60 and boom, just like that their system is up and running for them to fulfill my order under a different name but yet I gotta call to see about a refund for my $440 order because they too lazy to do the job. The system never went out. And yet the store manager allowed the employee to do all of this because it was too much to have an employee actually do their job. I just had a baby and a C-section is why I got my big order as pick up amd ordered online. Y'alls employees suck food lion.
