  We celebrated our son’s graduation at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and honestly, we could not have chosen a better place for such a special occasion. We reserved one of their private dining rooms, and the entire experience was elegant, organized, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything was impeccable: the food, the atmosphere, the presentation, and the attention to detail. You can truly tell when a restaurant goes above and beyond to make an important family celebration feel special and memorable. Humanity occasionally still gets hospitality right. Miraculous. We especially want to recognize Rob Anderl, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the evening. Professional, attentive, kind, and always on top of every detail without ever being intrusive. He made all of our guests feel well taken care of and played a huge part in making the celebration perfect. We also want to thank the rest of the servers and staff who helped with our event. Even though I didn’t get everyone’s names, every single person was friendly, professional, and efficient. It was a very special night for our family, and Fleming’s helped make it even more memorable and elegant. We would absolutely recommend it for any important celebration or private event.

  The service and food was amazingly great. The server Brian was excellent and the manager Ben was very good as well. We were very impressed for our Anniversary dinner. We will come back.

  Our visit was more of an experience than just food. Everything was AMAZING! The Wagyu on the hot stone stole the show. Chef’s kiss!!! We will be back :-)

  OMG I HAD THE BEST MOTHER’S DAY!! Our server Brandon K. did NOT disappoint at all! From his knowledge of the menu, to helping my son find food (which is a miracle because he is the pickiest eater EVER), to keeping us laughing and the energy alive the entire time — he made the whole experience unforgettable. Not only was the food absolutely amazing, but Brandon’s kindness, personality, and sense of humor made us want to come back just to see him again! He is truly a kind soul and an amazing person. Thank you for making my Mother’s Day so special! THANKS AGAIN AND IF ANYONE HAS NOT TOLD YOU LATELY WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN THIS WORLD!

  This past weekend my wife & I were married. We made reservations for flemings a couple weeks prior. We chose flemings because it (for me) has always been consistent as far as food & service goes. This time it was a bit disappointing. We arrived on time & waited maybe 2 minutes to be seated(perfect). We sat down & we were greeted by our server Amanda maybe within 10-15 minutes. We had another server assisting her who's name I forgot to get. Once greeted we ordered our drinks while looking through the menu. After maybe 20 minutes all of our party was present we placed our orders for appetizers/dinner. We continued talking & having a good time. After about 30 minutes we noticed other tables were getting bread/food. In that time multiple servers came by to refill drinks a few times. I stopped one to ask for some bread as we were all hungry & waited a while, we were told it was coming. About 15 minutes later the bread came out & held us over for the time being. We ate and continued to talk. Here's where it started going downhill. We received our appetizers about 30 minutes or more after the bread came, once we were done it was almost as if we were forgotten. We waited no exaggeration two & a half to three hours for our food to come out. In the mean time another server who went by BK who's name was Brandon Karter had came by our table a few times with energy that went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations! He was great! Amanda & her assistant came by multiple times brought sweet, warming, & relatable energy as well! That helped our moods a bit as we waiting hours for our food to come out. Once our food arrived we dug in only to realize 1. My mother-in-laws salmon was overcooked(ordered medium) it was more than well done. It was sent back for another that was also overcooked. 2. My parents steaks were overcooked, they ordered medium & it was well done. They didn't send it back, & chose not go through the trouble which is understandable. We send food back sometimes & others we feel we can work with it or not be a nuisance in a sense. 3. I ordered a tomahawk which for the price you would think it would be prepared as you asked. I ordered mine medium well & it came well done no pink at all. In the time of all this our server had not come back just yet. I chose to go with it due to the original wait/hunger, & not wanting to go without. I also couldn't help but to think it may not make a difference considering my mother-in-laws food had already been sent back twice with no improvements. Her salmon came back by a manager by the name of Ben Steger. She cut in to the salmon & showed him it was no good. She asked him what was going on & he said I don't know. We were told the original wait was due to 2 other parties that ordered before us. However one arrived after us & even so everyone around us who arrived after had already received their meals etc. After talking with the manager he apologized & comped our meal which was great, he gave my wife & I his card & a couple gift cards. Our waiter came back & told us they were going to take care of everything for us & she mentioned my steak & asked if I wanted another done right. After me saying no twice as I didn't want to be a bother I gave & said sure. I asked for it to go because at that time it was already close to 8:50pm our reservation was at 5:15pm. She brought our to go orders & sides along with drinks for everyone that ordered. Others food was genuinely mid. They didn't send it back as well. In the end the manager took care of the meal, gave us the gift cards & flemings reached out to us asking to come back for a true flemings experience no charge! I love flemings & would recommend them to anyone I just believe they had a off day & we all do it was just disappointing it was on out marriage day. Would I go back YES, does this change anything NO! I've been enough to know that wasn't the norm. Thank you flemings for your resolution and understanding! We look forward to coming back!
