- Aهلال محمدApr 26, 20261.0What's special about this restaurant is the staff's service. However, I went today in a good mood and had an order. One of the employees there greeted me, and I showed her the order's name because my language isn't English. I showed it to her so she could read it, but she dismissively said she couldn't see it, even though she was right next to me and trying to get me to read it. I tried to read it myself, and she and her colleagues were laughing at me. This bothered me a lot, but I didn't say anything. I hope this wonderful restaurant will review the staff at this particular branch because it's a great restaurant in my opinion.

The lady told me the guys were wrong for selling me only patties and not a burger. I dont want the bread and such so you miss out on a sale and tip now for being lazy. Thanks to the guys for helping me..

I ordered a little Cajun with my meal and received plain unseasoned fries. For how much they are asking to pay for a meal and to receive what I got, its enough for me to never return to any of their locations if this is the service that is to be expected.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
