  After seeing all the hype on social media, I was really excited to try Edley's, especially the Quesa Birria Tacos with their smoked meat. Unfortunately, they didn't live up to the expectations. My tacos were a little burnt, and the dipping sauce didn't add much flavor or complement the birria the way I had hoped. I also ordered the steak burrito bowl, and it was pretty bland from start to finish. For $36 after taxes, I expected a much better meal. Overall, I left disappointed and honestly feel like I could have put together a more satisfying meal from Publix for less.

  This place has potential. Service was great, the salsa bar very robust, and location very clean. Ordered 3 tacos and all flour tortillas were stale and hard to bite… kind of like when you heat up a store tortilla and leave it out for a while. For the price, they should really step up their shell game, and maybe be more generous with protein portions.

  Unfortunately, my order was not good. I ordered queso and the three dips and received a small paper sack of chips. Chips were light and good, but the tiny serving size was ridiculous. Pineapple salsa was full of huge chunks of onion that were so overpowering that I threw it right in the trash. Street corn was cold, and so full of dry cheese that the entire texture was inedible. Again, straight to the trash. I feel like about $20 went into my garbage tonight. One and done for me!

  Love their chicken tacos. One of the most flavorful tacos I’ve ever had. Good queso too. Staff was very kind, food came out fast. With nice weather they open the bay doors. Decent amount of outdoor seating. Atomosphere is quiet enough to have easy conversations. TVs available if you need to see a game. Also has a good sized parking lot and a light to get back out on the main road at this location.

  I found this spot a couple weeks ago through an instagram post sent to me by a friend who knows I love tacos. We decided to try it out about a week ago and MAN, what a great experience. Their quesa birria is literally the best taco I've ever had in my life. Order it "crispy/well-done" and add some fresh Jalapenos to really make it pop. The street corn is fantastic as well. The other tacos are quite good as well, but the quesa birria is next-level. Since my first visit, I've been back now I think another 5 times because the quesa birria is just that good. Each time, the staff have been very friendly and courteous. One night I came in near closing (I almost didn't because I didn't want to be "that-guy" who orders right before closing time), but Dana was very kind and said no worries and took my order and made it happen. The (manager?) Adam was also very nice and chatted to me a bit about how they just recently opened, etc. Honestly everyone working there has been very friendly and courteous. I hope they do well because I'd love to be able to keep coming back and getting the quesa-birria and street corn for the foreseeable future!
