At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

They have individual menus to look at before you order so you’re more prepared, and they have a gigantic one on the wall that also shows what they’re out of at the moment. I love a restaurant that has everything thought of to make everything run easily/smooth! Highly, HIGHLY recommend the burnt ends!! The pork sandwich was a little on the dryer side (there are bottles of bbq sauce on the tables to utilize so that helped); I recommend the tacos more. Great beer options, too!

In early April, went with a buddy and we split the BBQ sampler—easily the best decision we made. The meats were flavorful and cooked just right, and the pint sized sides were equally as impressive.The portions were more than enough—we left full (borderline stuffed). Great food, solid portions, and a laid-back vibe. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.

I stood at the front of the counter to be waited on for over five minutes before I was recognized as a potential customer and the weight was about ten minutes to get my food. I do not recommend any of the side dishes that I tried and the wings were okay.Not exceptional
