At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.
Ordered online for a specific pick up time. When I arrived I went in the wrong door and two employees kindly helped me to the correct pick up location (one even walked me there). Food was right on time, hot, and packaged well. The employee checking out my order pulled out each item from the bag for me to double check. Super friendly folks - awesome food - definitely the best BBQ in TN.

Brisket tacos were delicious, a good combination of textures and flavors that worked very well together. The rack of ribs was better then what I usually get a mission BBQ. Distinct flavor, tender meat. Very well made. Mac and cheese was wonderful and the banana pudding was really good. Not too sweet, good and creamy.
Menu is at the door and you order and pay ahead and then take your own seat choice. Food and drinks come out pretty quickly. Staff are friendly and professional. Will definitely come back again to try more items off the menu.

I had a half rack of ribs, potato salad and mac and cheese. I liked the sides, but the ribs were just ok. They were loaded with fat and tendons, and had a weird Carolina mustard based sauce on the ribs. For what I paid, I was underwhelmed. The atmosphere and people were nice, however. I hope to not receive the same boiler plate response that everyone else gets.

Here is my experience. I ordered the ribs and brisket. The ribs were the worst I ever ate they are spare ribs and were cold. They don't fall off the bone. The presentation looked like dog food. The brisket was ok. I've had better, but if I go back I would order the brisket, but there is no wow factor here. Idk how you can call yourself a bbq joint and the ribs be the worst in America. I read another review siniliar to this review where they said the ribs had been sitting out and were cold. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Mouthwateringly delicious! We're visiting from Dallas and had to try some Nashville style BBQ. The brisket sandwich was tender, sliced like butter when I cut some of the meat. Such good flavor! The baked beans were a 2 bean medley and were wonderful as well. The staff were friendly, informative and hardworking. There's ample parking here too. Only thing I didn't like was the wait to order at the counter during the Friday night rush but now I understand why - it's some of the best BBQ ever!
