At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.
We seen this restaurant from a YouTuber that we follow (Brennan Taylor) and wanted to try it for ourselves. The food was really good and they do not slack on the portions. We will be back when we are in the Nashville area.

Man the flies are terrible. If they screened in the porch area it’s would cut 75% of the fly problem down. As soon as the opened the sliding doors opened its was miserable. Screen in the patio area.

I ordered the brisket plate with the baked beans, potato salad, it came with cornbread.I also added a sausage, Mac n cheese and an order of banana pudding. This was my first time ordering from here. I was highly disappointed that I spent ckose to $40 and the food was a disappointment. Looks can be deceiving is what I learned from here. Let me first start off by saying the portions were nice. The flavor and moistness that I was looking for in the food was lacking. The brisket was dry and it needed sauce. The link tasted like it was a jalapeno one, and that had some good flavor. The potato salad wasn't creamy, and it looked it as if the mayonnaise had curdled. The cornbread was so thin, i wouldn't even call it bread.. It was more of a wafer. The mac and cheese was cold, after warming it up in the microwave, it was good. The banana pudding looked as if it was thrown in the container, the cool whip was melted, it was just melted cool whip, over sweetened putting no bananas or wafers. The baked beans had a funny aftertaste to them. And here I thought spending good money was going to give me good quality food.
