At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

- TPTom Pauly1 day ago5.0This place is unbelievable. That's really the only way to describe it. It might actually change your life. Tender, succulent meats paired with incredibly delicious sides that will have you questioning how food can taste so good. I've never tasted a better potato salad in my entire life. This is a must visit for any first timers spending a vacation in Nashville. Please check it out, there's not a chance in this world that you'll regret it. Oh, and on top of the food being out of this world, the staff are friendly and treat you with that classic Southern hospitality. You truly cannot beat Edley's!!!

I was worried about their portion sizes from looking at their menu online and yelp images but they are pretty decent as you can see from my photo. We sat at the bar and the bartender was amazing. Atmosphere was chill and relaxed. Plenty of tv screens for sports if you’re into that. Highly recommend going here!

Placed an online order for a pulled pork sandwich (pickles and slaw on the side) and fries. When we got the order home, the sandwich was fully loaded with a side of Mac and Cheese. When I tried to talk to the manager there was no apology just cut me off and said what did I want. I suggested they could deliver my fries but he stated he would refund me the fries and hung up on me. Too bad Stoke Haus was not open tonight….

The drinks are decent too, they always give you a good buzz and it always catches you off guard, which is perfect! Sometimes the service takes an extra minute but it’s always worth it ! 10/10!
