At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

- HRHTX Reviews3 days ago5.0Service was friendly and welcoming. Order first and they will bring your order to your table. Drinks are self served. Portions are huge for the price point. Every meats were moist and flavorful. Sides were okay. Had to ask for to go box’s and bag at the front.

Everything was fantastic and I particularly enjoyed the burnt ends and bean salad. If we were local to Nashville it would certainly be a regular spot for us!

Having tried a lot of bbq around the US this one was below average. We tried the combo platter with brisket and ribs. For sides we got Mac and cheese and banana pudding. The cornbread was too dry in our opinion. And the brisket was not tender. The sauce on it was pretty good but the meat itself was almost tough and chewy. The ribs were slightly better and more tender but still were not fall off the bone tender. The Mac and cheese was somehow bland and too peppery at the same time. And the banana pudding tasted like the artificial banana laffy taffy. Overall it was not worth the price and we have had better elsewhere. The atmosphere was fine though.
