At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

This will officially be our spot we bring family when they visit, there’s something for everyone. Everything we had was good, oh and the turkey????? Melts in your mouth. Burnt ends were sold out by time we came around 3pm, so will be back to try that but the brisket was very good too!

Also tried some fries off my buddies plate. I do have to say the seasoned fries and mac and cheese both and unique flavors that makes me want more. The pork and burger felt similar to other places, it didn't WOW factor me. Definitely recommend the fries and mac n cheese!
