At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

- MGMarisol Guadalupe2 days ago4.0Great service from the bar and the primary entrance. Plenty of seating inside and outside. The food tasted great! I had grits casserole, green beans, corn bread on the pulled chicken platter. All was great but I was thrown off by the chicken being cool and barely warm. The bbq sauce had the perfect touch of heat. I had the lemonade tea with the bourbon in it.

Very nice and welcoming, very hard working, but I’m sorry, the food was a huge disappointment for me and my kids, especially for how expensive it was. I spent $90 total, with tip included, to receive meat that was very rough to chew, and not very flavorful. The burger was fine, my daughter loved that, but I guess I expected more from a BBQ place that has such a high rating. The sides were not bad either, loved the fries, they were very crispy and delicious, and loved the greens.

I’m sure the Nolensville Road (near Lennox Village) location can be too….on 04/23/26 (Thursday) I got the Tri-star meal. Good brisket, good chicken, terrible pork (half fat, no kidding). I called at 9:30 (after closing) to report the problem and a lady said that fat pork happens when they pull from the fat part of the pig; how insightful! She agreed I should ask for “lean pork” next time. Awful response. It is a training issue in the kitchen. And she offered nothing to make up for the problem. I didn’t ask for that but did expect reasonable compensation for a really bad experience with their normally high quality food. Beware of fat and don’t be shy to mention it; it will help Edley’s be more successful.
