    Extremely frustrating experience this morning. I arrived around 9:55 AM and waited approximately 20 minutes before I was finally able to place my order at around 10:15 AM. I ordered a small iced Golden Eagle with soft top, which came out to $7.64. After placing my order, I was still stuck in the drive-thru with the line barely moving. I was eventually forced to leave because I was going to be late for work—and I never even received the drink I paid for. What made this even more frustrating was watching other customers get out of the drive-thru line, walk inside, order, and get their drinks almost immediately while the drive-thru customers were sitting there waiting. I was patient and gave plenty of time, but this was ridiculous. I paid for a drink that I never received because the service was so slow that I had no choice but to leave. I also nearly messed up my truck trying to get out of the lot because I was so frustrated and trying to get to work on time. I understand that mornings can be busy, but if the drive-thru is moving this slowly while customers inside are being served much faster, there needs to be a better system. Definitely not the experience I expected after spending $7.64 on a coffee I didn’t even get.

    I order the same thing every time I come here for coffee - a golden eagle and a wrap - but somehow every drink is different. Sometimes it's dark with coffee and I can't even taste the syrups, other times I get a cup full of milk. What's worse is that when I ordered my wrap this morning... they gave me a sausage biscuit. How does any of this happen? The service is fine and the atmosphere is typical Nashville industrial minimalism, but my goodness, aren't these drink supposed to be made according to specific ratios and amounts? I don't get how I can receive a different drink every time I come here, despite ordering the same thing every time.

    Idk what type of training this location revived but the coffee is consistently terrible. You HAVE to ask to extra espresso and syrup or you'll just get a cup of milk, watery milk if you get cold brew
