- HHHaley HJun 30, 20263.0I have been to this location dozens of times and unfortunately it is now on my "No go" list. they are so inconsistent & today apparently their freeze machine was not working right, yet they let me order a freeze. immediately on taking it, it felt super lightweight and the texture was airy and not cold. I pulled back thru & showed them, they told me yeah the freeze machine is struggling, i re order the iced version. unfortunately this also came out the complete wrong color & tastes like milk. no quality standards here unfortunately. pictured is my freeze they gave me, after 20 minutes & 1 sip taken - about 1/3 a cup of product + whip is what they actually gave me 🫣

But they were so sweet and kind. The girl who took my order was so sweet and there was a funny dude that handed me my drink and gave me free keychain. You guys made my day thank you!

- EEemmaMay 26, 20261.0used to come here all the time a few years ago, started coming back to get drinks on my lunch break on occasion and every single time without fail, it has taken 10-35 minutes for my drink. even if i mobile order from work and wait 15 minutes before getting in line, i still have to wait 10-20 minutes before receiving my single iced rebel. i guess its from them understaffing the noon crew but the wait is ridiculous, the drinks aren’t the same anymore, and they are just playing around and talking in there. i get they are only paid $10 an hour but yall gotta at least most of your job 🫪 and that includes cleaning because i can smell the rotten milk through the window

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
