Stood there for at least 5-10 min before anyone took our order. Waited another 15-20 min for 3 donuts (already made) one small coffee, and a small frappe. The place is all out of whack. Employees cursing in front of my kids. Clearly they didn’t want to be there (I get it). Gave us our drinks. Forgot about donuts. Went up to ask for our 3 donuts and red hair lady said it will prob be faster if you order at the kiosk behind you. I said I’ve already ordered and just waiting on my 3 donuts. Won’t be back.
