There were only two people back there and I heard one of the girls say the other worker quit so they were left with two people on the shift. We ordered 4 things, got two of them, and waited over an hour for the other two. Nne of them was sitting on the drive through stand the entire time. The other item wasn’t even in their system, and they ran out of what we ordered while we were waiting. Safe to say we won’t be back!

- LRLesile RemaFeb 10, 20261.0One of the worst Dunkin’ locations around. The service is extremely inconsistent sometimes you get decent workers, other times you get employees with zero manners. The drive thru experience was rude and unprofessional. If you don’t like dealing with customers, you shouldn’t be working customer service. A nasty attitude and disrespectful tone is unacceptable no matter how busy it is. Management needs to seriously address the behavior here because it leaves a terrible impression of the brand. I won’t be returning.
