  The staff, particularly the management, were very disappointing. I visited on Saturday around lunchtime, and many products were unavailable. When I asked whether they would be restocking them, I was told they would not. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, the situation was exactly the same as the first time. I saw no improvement, which was very disappointing. It made me question whether there is an issue with Dunkin’s system or whether the location simply lacks proper management and motivation. I will give the location another opportunity and check again in about two weeks. However, if the situation has not improved by my third visit, I will no longer purchase from Dunkin’ Donuts and will share my experience with others. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

  If I could give negative I would, first off I’m pregnant and my fiancé just wanted to get me set up before I took a road trip, he ordered a half decaf ice coffee for me and a sausage and cheese croissant. The order was a bit too complicated for the lady on the microphone and started laughing with frustration when I get my sandwich, it is no cheese add egg and croissant. My coffee was no sugar and had sugar and a little gift from the girl.. hair floating in my coffee! Thankfully I saw this before drinking.

  This new Dunkin is gonna go downhill fast if someone isnt managing it properly. You have multiple employees hanging out in cars in the parking lot then running in when cars pull up, they are not making the drinks correctly and they argue in front of customers. I was there Wednesday at 6:30 and yet again witnessed this and they made the drinks wrong again. I love dunkin donuts and was so excited when this opened but you need to properly train employees and management.

  I have gone here twice since they opened. Both times they got my drink completely wrong. And this time they got mine and my husband's wrong. Then had the audacity to get an attitude with us telling us they were right when we clearly know what we ordered and what they taste like . Terrible all around and the GM was even there whixh is wild work.

  Greeted at the front door by the stink of employees smoking in the front and talking with each other. Can't believe how dirty the place is already. Dirty floors and bathrooms. Employees arguing and taking it out on their customers by being rude. They seem to be more interested in their own lives shouting curse words at each other. Horrible atmosphere and am really sad this is how a new addition to Bellevue turned out.
