  This might be the worst Dunkin ever. Being from Boston I was excited to see Bellevue was getting a standalone store. In the past two weeks I’ve come to this location in the morning and I’ve been told that the ovens in a brand new store are not working. The three times I was allowed to place an order. It hasn’t been right a single time. Every time I pull up, the employees are outside talking to people in cars taking drive-through orders from the driveway. I’ve tried to call twice on my food order and I’ve been told both times there’s nothing that can be done. I will never use this Dunkin’ again. I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes out of my way so at least I can get my breakfast correct. If I could give zero stars I would.

  The two young men who were working were so kind. The coffee was perfect and they had such great attitudes!

  Wait times are insane. Ordering ahead on the app is useless they’ll lose half your items or you’ll be standing there for 30 minutes wondering where your items are

  I come to this dunkin all the time and rarely leave unsatisfied however what I received today was very concerning. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese but there is clearly avocado mixed in. I can’t eat avocado due to gastrointestinal issues. It seems like an unclean knife was used to prepare my food. Please do better! This is not safe or healthy for your customers.
