  Don’t go here! Seriously drive a little out to the next closest location and avoid the headache I encountered at the Bellevue location - the staff who took my order were rude and incompetent - I have never experienced this craziness before. This morning, I ordered 5 iced lattes- 3 caramel and 2 mocha. The person who took my order instead gave me 4 iced coffees and each had 3 pumps of caramel and 2 pumps of mocha syrup. I’m still unsure how he translated my simple drink order so poorly. He threw a fit when I said that was not what I ordered, then another woman from the back supported him by saying he did nothing wrong, even though she wasn’t even helping w the order. This was resolved w the help of a third person, maybe a manager, who resolved the drink issue professionally and very quickly (she is the reason I gave a second star).

  I came here to get a mango banana refresher and was told they dont have them yet every other dunkin does have it ! The girls were rude ontop of it all and had zero personality. I ended up getting a drink i didnt actually want as I was craving the one I came to get. Terrible service

  For the second time I have ordered doughnuts at this location Dunkin Donuts. BOTH times my orders were wrong when delivered. It isn't the fault of the driver. They just pick up and item and deliver. The receipt Dunkin attached to the box was correct but when opened the box, every doughnut was not the right ones. Very frustrating. Tried to call the store but phone number disconnected ???? I contacted Door Dash. They were kind to give us full refund but still upset at Dunkin Donuts sent wrong order. I will never go back again. Their staff is not the best either. Others have complained about this location. If I had a car I would have gone and had them correct. If they didn't have what I ordered they should have informed the driver and I could communicate with them directly and have them make it right. When I get a car I will go there and talk to them.

  Legitimately the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. My order is always right, the line moves fast, coffee is always delicious, and everyone who works there is incredibly sweet. I will go out of my way to stop at this specific Dunkin.

  I had a really concerning experience at this Dunkin’. When we walked in, there were only two workers, and one of them had her younger siblings (who were children) behind the counter. That is completely unprofessional and unsafe in a food service environment. While we were there, I overheard a worker say that a TV had fallen on her head and that she was bleeding. The situation felt chaotic, and there didn’t seem to be any proper response to what sounded like a serious incident. Having children behind the counter is a major safety concern, both for them and for customers. Overall, this location felt disorganized, unsafe, and not up to basic cleanliness or professionalism standards. I would not recommend it based on my experience.
