After covid I can barely smell so after chugging 3/4 if the milk I happened to notice a big chunk in my mouth. I see that it expires tomorrow and half the other milks expired 5 days ago. I I gave it to the big guy working and told him I didn't need a refund or anything. I just wanted a different one. So I go sit down 10 minutes later end up throwing up multiple times in the bathroom. And then eventually go up and ask him if it was okay to grab the other milk. He literally tells me will you drink a lot of that one. And I said even though you can smell the sourness and it had chunks in it which I gave to him to show him. No apology literally just said it don't expire till tomorrow. And even though it was chunky a0nd sour, since you drank half you have to pay for another. Also when I went to the bathroom he told me dint stay in there forever

I rarely get my drink made correctly—maybe three out of ten visits at best. There has never been a solid stretch of correct orders. The store is frequently staffed by young employees who seem untrained or simply don’t care about getting the order right. Today’s visit was typical. I ordered a regular (hot) coffee, medium, with milk and sugar. I was handed an iced coffee instead. When I questioned it, the employee insisted that “regular” means iced and that I would have had to specifically say “hot.” That is not how ordering coffee works. A regular coffee is hot. The attitude that came with the mistake made it worse—dismissive and uninterested in fixing a simple order. Whoever manages this location needs to address the training and customer-service standards. Getting a basic coffee order wrong this often, and responding with attitude when it’s pointed out, is unacceptable. I’m tired of walking out frustrated over something that should be straightforward.

When I asked about it, the employee insisted that a small latte only comes with one pump of swirl. The service was disappointing, and the staff didn't seem knowledgeable about their own drink standards. Ridiculous service.
