- SWStacey WatersApr 24, 20261.0Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Majority of the crew members are rude and very slow at making orders. The manager is very disrespectful in all means. Told me I couldn’t sit in his dining room after I placed 2 orders with them while my daughter went to class upstairs. Just very unprofessional for him to tell me that I can’t sit in and enjoy my coffee and muffin while my daughter is in class. I will not be back at all. Donut casing has gnats flying around the donuts because they’re uncovered all day. Ordered a XL black hot and it was not as hot as expected, asked one of the workers to brew me a fresh cup and her response was I just brewed it.

All 3 staff members were rude, short, unhelpful and the lady with long dreds working the pick up counter was not only rude but rolled her eyes and shoved my order at me. I highly recommend you find another place, this was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the time nor money. Dunkin, do better, customer service is not hard to be decent!

His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for customer satisfaction really stood out. It’s rare to see a manager take such a hands-on approach to resolving a problem and ensuring customers leave happy. Because of his outstanding service, we will absolutely continue to support this location and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Darius, for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!
