  I was recently served by a young, college-aged man named Nathan. He was incredibly attentive and very quick to give me my drink and food. His smile and energy really brightened my day! The others who work here have also been very sweet in the past. Thank you Nathan and crew!

  This is my local dunkin location so I visit it frequently. Today April 30 around 7:30am, my experience was fantastic. Huge shout out to the staff who served me with patience, helpfulness, and kindness. The person who took my order was so helpful in answering my question, and the person who helped me at the window was so kind. I was in and out so fast in the drive thru and my order was done perfectly. I hope to get this staff again the next time I'm there, Dunkin HQ should give them a bonus this month. :)

  I went to Dunkin’ to order a large sweet tea with no ice. When I received my drink, the cup was only filled halfway. I asked the employee to top it off, but I was told that leaving it half full is their policy when a customer requests no ice. So basically, even though I paid full price for a large drink, I was given significantly less product simply because I didn’t want ice. Instead of correcting the issue, they chose to issue a refund rather than make it right by filling the cup. That experience was frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be returning.
