  Dunkin has lost touch with all reality. This place is the worst donut shopping experience that exists. We literally left without ordering anything and if you know our family that takes a tremendous amount of failure. The donut menu is never accurate at all. They post a handwritten menu over the screen that is supposed to provide what they have, but that's wrong too. It's a huge building with zero way to actually see donuts on a display shelf to pick from. It has a nice patio, but you can only order from a car.

  Went to get my loving fiancé a medium frozen caramel coffee this afternoon. Was greeted by multiple workers outside smoking when pulling around to the drive through. Cashier was friendly, but upon receiving this sorry excuse for a drink, I was taken aback by the incorrectness of my order. I received this mysterious drink that had whipped cream, cinnamon, and chocolate at the top. Absolutely no caramel in the drink. My fiancé was appalled by this repulsive beverage, and as I lifted the beverage to my lips, a lukewarm foul liquid poured into my mouth, and it had a metallic non-caramel flavor/taste. I do not recommend this location to my worst enemy, and I pray for the betterment of this location in Bellevue.

  The new staff seem to be much nicer. I'm glad they start to bring the credit card reader out the window. I had an issue about a month or two ago where my credit card info was stolen and this was the only place where I handed my card and it was out of mh sight. They usually run out of donuts on Sunday around noon.

  I mean I get that you guys just opened and you needed to hire someone, but these employees are awful! Ordered bagel breakfast sandwich which came out almost burnt. Couldn't eat the bagel because it was super tough. Hashbrowns were overfried, hard, and cold. Croissant breakfast sandwich was dry, with extremely thin bacon, and the egg was cold. The girl handed me the bag, I turned to set it down, and turned back to get my kids hot chocolates and she had disappeared. I waited for like 3 minutes before someone else came with the hot chocolate. And then I realized they also didn't give me the donut holes. I've tried this place 5x since it opened cause I like their iced coffee, but everytime there is always something wrong with the order. I'll drive the extra couple minutes to go to Chick-fil-A next time.
