  First time here. Used the drive-thru. The most pleasant lady with partially dyed blue hair was so wonderful. She made my day with her pleasant smile

  I really love this place and especially the manager. You could not find a nicer person to run a restaurant like her. This morning I went in and ordered a breakfast and two sausage biscuits “which the biscuits look like they purchased through a gas station deli” and I was charged $10 for those two sausage biscuits. On the receipt it says -egg -Cheese $4.99 @2=$9.98. So why would they charge me for a loaded biscuit when I only asked for 2 sausage biscuits? Greed!!! So I asked for the corporate number and she told me the actual owner is here. Did he try to understand the situation and try to make it right? Nope, sure didn’t. After u told him that this would be my last time visiting this company and he didn’t care. He through a patriot to his business out the window over 2 sausage biscuits. The owner is a dump truck when it comes to customer service and I will be glad to spread my frustration through the word of mouth.

  I love this place but today was not a good meal. I got the cheeseburger,and one free. Eaten these before but today was bad. Both burgers were thin and cooked to where edges were black. The buns were way to fat for such a skinny piece of meat. Not sure what has changed but never had such a disapointing hamburger to the point I only could eat half and threw the free one away. Fries good as usual but I lost 15 dollars. I took into consideration that it was a busy place today,hence my not saying anything in store,choosing to express it here. Update, owner responded but no offer of 15 dollars wasted as food thrown away. Kind words are appreciated but coupons or something else in exchange for wasted money would be better. I was loyal customer.

  Food came in the plastic bag wide open! Box was not even closed and nothin but hard as a rock full of grease! Over $20 for this food so hard you couldn't even chew the fries as you can see the tenders not touched .... it was like bricks! Grease so thick it was sitting up on top of the fries! They didn't even try to drain them ... never again.

  Great tasting burger. Fries were hot and generous amount given in a large order. Not a fan of 1000island on my hamburger, but thankfully they asked if I wanted it ahead of time. Soda fountain was out of Coke Zero so I had to continue to get a refill at the customer service counter. Atmosphere is very minimal. One tv, with ESPN on, and the volume pretty loud. Ketchup from a pump and no napkin dispensers anywhere. You must ask for them, also. Food is a little pricey as well. Over all, food was hot & fresh & the staff was knowledgable & friendly.
