  Was excited to try a new burger joint. I would have to say this has been the worst experience with “FAST FOOD” I’ve had In awhile. The staff has no idea what they are doing. I had multiple staff come to me with the wrong order. Finally when my order was received nothing was right. I informed, Deshaunna I received the wrong order and was returned with attitude, “why are these customers always complaining” as she turned and grabbed my food. Even after this the food was not the right order. I will never go back to this chain, and advise everyone from eating there. Burger King would have been a better choice.

  Omg, this was my 3rd time visiting Doublz! The food is always made to order (fresh, hot and really tasty!) Their staff is always friendly and ready to answer any questions you have. The menu is massive and I am down to try everything they offer. The ladies there are so polite and friendly. This is a must try when you're in the Hermitage area!

  i came in sunday to sit down and eat and there was this employee who was very rude and causing alot of commotion. she was cussing the other employees out while coming in and out of the establishment, she was very disrespectful to the staff and caught attitude with MULTIPLE customers. over all the food was great like always but this employee left a very bad taste in my mouth , NO employee should have to endure that level of disrespect at ANY JOB!!

  Always drove by and was kind of skeptical, but this place popped up on my Facebook news feed today as an Ad, so I felt like I had to come check it out. I got the Club sandwich and it was enough to share for 2, my boyfriend helped me eat it! Everything was fresh. The chicken tenders were good as well. All nice size portions. The owner Adam even came out greeted us! Very welcoming experience! I would definitely come back. I want to try out the breakfast next!!

  This was quite an experience that I was not expecting, and well worth it. First and foremost, I would love to give a special shout to Samantha, who manned the front register and was not only extremely knowledgeable on everything Doublz had to offer, she was as kind and awesome as could be and she alone made the experience worthwhile. Second, the food was ridiculously good!!! All made to order, The Doublz Cheeseburger was pretty massive, a third pound burger with cheese and all the fixings, including that delicious Thousand Island dressing. Purchased two of them on a BOGO deal, could only eat one!!! The onion rings...I repeat, THE ONION RINGS 🧅🧅🧅🧅🧅 ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD AND BY THEMSELVES ARE WORTH THE TRIP. Well seasoned, crunchy, tasty and they reheat so well, while maintaining their original form!!! For just under $16, I received the equivalent of two meals in one and the five star service to go with it. Needless to say, I'll definitely be returning!!!
