- MSMeako SakueMay 9, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable experience with Domino's Pizza tonight. I placed an order totaling $31.68 and received a text notification stating my pizza had been delivered. It was NOT delivered to my door, and no attempt was made to contact me. After waiting and searching, I called the store. The employee initially claimed they would “check with the driver,” placed me on hold, and suddenly the “driver” was now also the “manager” on the phone. I was told the order had been left “in the lobby” — except this property does not have an accessible lobby area for deliveries. After walking around outside trying to locate my food, I eventually found my pizza sitting unattended on a bench outside. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of professionalism afterward. Instead of apologizing and remaking the order properly, I was told they would not redeliver the pizza because I was upset about the situation. Any customer would be upset after paying over $30 for food that was abandoned outside and falsely marked as properly delivered. The dishonesty, poor customer service, and refusal to correct the issue was beyond disappointing. I took photos of where the food was left because the entire situation was unbelievable. This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had in Nashville. The corporate office needs to hire a secret shopper for a few months. Thisocation is going to end up with a lawsuit. I took pictures and video. I also was never offered a refund. That's theft!! Filing a report with the AG office.
