Kind of an odd place, it's next to the opry so you go before and or after the main event and end up here. Not that it isn't fine, just not the main event as it were. Coors super mind bender platinum galaxy hopper beer I had was wonderful.

My group played the gas pump game too much, but its ok food, with a fun atmosphere for the arcade. My favorite game was the one where you throw the football at targets, yet the ball can bounce out easily and hit people... great time with the guys tho!

Regular maintenance of the games would go a long way for Dave and Busters as a whole. What if and hear me out, some people go to just play arcade games and not get some over priced mediocre food? What if the arcade games at EVERY LOCATION are nearly identical in terms of functionality? Clearly they want you to come in buy beverages and mistake the missed score or the inaccuracy for ones own state of inebriation. Do better.

From the time we walked in until we left for the evening the service was PHENOMENAL! Before today the best experience I ever had was the old D&B right outside of Chicago in the suburbs. This location in Opry Mills has surpassed all the D&B’s I’ve been to. BIG shout out to Alexis and Deon for showing me and the family love. The entire team was friendly, served hot, fresh food fast, and the TNT was on point! We will be back again!

Very lack luster experience for a group event. The set up and planning of the event was outstanding. Great communication, very helpful contact. But when it came time to the event it was dissapointingly unorganized due to the very noticable lack of people working. Had to wait for someone to be available to give us shoes, to get us water or other drinks, and then wait for plates to be set up so that we could eat our food. When we had guests arrive late we just had to get our own shoes from behind the counter. Not properly set up, staffed or prepared for our party. Which as a host is very dissapointing. Probably will just choose a regular old school bowling alley next time because even with only one person working, service seems better
