  My boyfriend and I drove 45 minutes to spend our Sunday evening here, only to be treated horribly before we even made it through the door. The employee working the entrance was on a personal phone call the entire time we approached. Without ending his call, he abruptly demanded our IDs. When I told him I didn’t have my physical ID with me, he pointed directly in my face and said, “SHE can’t come in.” It was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We are both over 21 and had no issue showing identification if we had it. If the policy is that a physical ID is required, that’s one thing, but there’s absolutely no excuse for speaking to customers that way. We’ve visited multiple Dave & Buster’s locations across the country and have never experienced anything like this. We were even at this same location on Friday night and weren’t asked for IDs. It’s the next morning, and I’m still thinking about how unnecessarily rude this interaction was. One employee’s attitude completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun night. We left feeling embarrassed and won’t be returning.

  I just wanted to recognize Kimberly and Amanda for their outstanding customer service. From the moment we walked in, Kimberly greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Amanda was just as friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. They both went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Their positive attitudes, kindness, and excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you both for making our visit such a pleasant one!

  This place is a joke, as someone who is not even from here and wanted to spend our last night of our trip somewhere fun, the “bouncer” didn’t let us in. Why does Dave and busters needs a bouncer… we are well over 21+ and obviously weren’t carrying a purse or whatnot since I wanted to be able to move freely in the arcade, we were not allowed in even with a PDF of my ID. I do not know what this mall or Dave and buster have going on in terms of crime activities to the point of needing a bouncer but we are just a simple couple trying to have fun and we were sent on our way. Had to uber back to our hotel. 30 dollars spent for nothing.

  Fantasia was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and had our food and drinks out faster than we expected. You can tell she genuinely enjoys taking care of her tables — great energy, no waiting around, just a really enjoyable experience. Will definitely be asking for her by name next time.   Came here for my boyfriend’s birthday and had 10 people in our party. The service was horrible. Drinks took forever and our server didn’t check on us hardly. Beers and food were forgotten about. My boyfriend ordered sweet potato fries and never got them but still charged.That was all overlooked because we were having a good time with friends. The checks come and I was trying to hurry because other people in our party needed to pay and leave. Luckily I emailed myself the receipt to see our itemized bill. Down at the bottom of the receipt there was a $16 service charged that was not disclosed at the time the check was presented. I had tipped $23 on top of that! I got the manager and she came out with a unwelcoming attitude. Thankfully she said she would take back the additional tip we left. (Had the server been honest I would have tipped her extra) in addition, the place is a dump! Almost all the games are broken, malfunctioning, or straight up take your credits! The ac is broken as well. Disclaimer, they did have pop up units but they didn’t do much. In conclusion , please save your money.
