  Employee Rudely told as we’re purchasing cards at the kiosk that they are closing at 6:30 the employees at the win circle are horrible unhelpful don’t know a thing about there jo,like if you’re going to do this do it better let people know or just close your doors. Or have someone posted at the kiosk earlier so we’re not wasting our money I almost ended up wasting $200. I was in the middle of the transaction and I canceled it but I still wasted about 60. Will not be coming back

  Staff was rude and the food isn’t even that good. Oh, also owner of this specific franchise. You allow a specific customer whom spends a lot of money and time in your establishment that should be kept away from children. You should get onto that.

  THE DRINKS WERE SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED, AND EVERY DRINK HAD A "SOUR ELEMENT " THEY DISCONTINUED MAKING A LOT OF DRINKS, IN MY OPINION THE BARTENDER SHOULD TAKE A REFRESHER COURSE WHE HER TAM CARD EXPIRES. DO NOT BUY THE UNLIMITED PLAY & EAT CARD IT'S A RIP OFF & A SCAM..$55 FOR UNLIMITED PLAY = 900 MINUTES OR SO, AND YOU CAN'T GET MORE THAN 1,500 TICKETS ON THAT CARD!!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT, CLEARLY NOT UNLIMITED. Food was good, and the atmosphere was ok for the most part.

  I visited this location last night between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. My meal was extremely disappointing! The bread on my sandwich was so hard it was inedible and could not be cut with a knife. When I flagged down a supervisor, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. Instead, he simply asked if I wanted to "remove the meat" from the sandwich and "place it onto another piece of bread." I requested a fresh sandwich instead, as the suggested option was not a proper restaurant solution. Later, the waiter and a colleague approached the table to ask if I didn't like the food, but it felt more like a gossip moment than a professional check-in. Throughout the night, there were no drink refills and zero apologies for the inconvenience. The lack of professionalism and basic customer care was frustrating. I have little interest in returning or recommending this location which is disheartening because the recent renovations is nice!

  When we arrived, there was no attendant at the entrance checking IDs. Based on the signage posted at the door, which clearly stated that guests must be 18 or older, we ensured that everyone in our group met that requirement. Confident we were following the rules, we proceeded inside and purchased $100 worth of game cards. However, once inside the arcade area, we were suddenly stopped and asked to present IDs. Every member of our group is over 18. One individual even had clear photo proof of both her ID and passport showing she is 20 years old, but this was not accepted. While we understand policies may require a physical ID, what made the situation unacceptable was how it was handled. The security guard who approached us was not only unhelpful, but openly rude and patronizing. He spoke to us in a condescending tone, as if we were incapable of understanding a basic policy, and dismissed anything we tried to explain without actually listening. We were escorted out. At that point, we were told we could not receive a refund for the money we had just spent. If your policy requires physical IDs for entry, that process should be enforced at the door. The lack of organization and communication, combined with the unprofessional behavior we experienced, made this situation incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that we will not be returning, and we will be sharing this experience with others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing clearer, more consistent entry procedures, along with better customer service training for your staff. I would appreciate your consideration in addressing the financial loss we experienced due to this situation.
