  I did not rate the Service at this Rosa Parks/ North Nashville location as it is horrible and does not exist. This location is near my work so we order online from there. Every time we must ask for the cups that go with our order. They have argued with me that I did not order large drinks and would only give me the 22oz cups and not the 32oz cups we paid for. Even when requested the silverware is not provided. My 86 year old husband went in to pick up or order from online that we had paid for with a card. They handed him a bag with only a burrito bowl in it. The manager stated he picked up the wrong bag, but an employee had handed it to him! We were missing a small guacamole and chips, a small queso and chips, 2 flour tortillas and 2-32oz cups for drinks. This location's employees are rude and act like they are doing you a favor by providing you with what you order and pay for. This is my last visit to this location. I live in Hermitage and the Chipotle there has very polite staff and they are helpful as well. Management here is the problem. Whoever owns this location needs to fire everyone and start anew or just close the store. Sending me to your website where I must then provide my email and phone number is unacceptable. I tried to go there and leave a review but I am not giving you my phone number.

  Every time we go there our order is wrong. Employees aren’t focused. The whole restaurant is unorganized. DO NOT come here. Go somewhere else if you want chipotle.

  This was the worst Chipotle I have ever eaten at. It was a toss up if the floor behind the counter had been swept in a week compared to the lobby. The order taking was confused, they did not listen and the drink station had a pool of water from the over flowing ice in the tray. The garbage cans were overflowing and the tables were dirty. It was the only time i have ever ate at an restaurant where i was glad my tetnus shots were still actiive. Do Not Eat Here.

  I’m pretty low-key, y’all. But holy lord, this is the most filthy chipotle I have ever seen. I cannot believe they cook food in that kitchen. There is absolutely no way this location passes any kind of health codes.

  Omg……. There was an heavy-set light skin guy works there and he has some spots on his face. He was so rude! He was sharing my food and he asked me what meat I wanted and I asked him whats meat was that and he pushed my plate to the side and went to the other customers. And I knew it was because my accent because a customer said to me baby I am sorry. I went to the gas station next door and i was telling someone what my experience was and the person decried the same person who I was talking about without me telling her. So that means that’s how he normally treating people. This what I experienced few minutes ago . I had asked who was the manager and I was told he was. So be careful y’all especially if you have an accent .
