  There is quite a good reason the rating is low here. Service sucks, food sucks, and atmosphere sucks. This is the worst chipotle in Nashville dare I say in the entirety of TN. Somehow they are repeatedly out of foods and especially chips. It’s really not hard to plan ahead and order extra. When they do have chips, they suck. Don’t come here, drive literally to any other chipotle. It’s only 15 min to the next closest one. Everyone that works here is angsty and angry. Nobody is nice nor helpful. Portions also suck, so you get sucky food in tiny portions. Eating here makes me want to end it all.

  Decided to door dash me some food at around 9:30pm and had many dashers cancel until I got a hold of one saying it’ll be a 15min wait. Mind you they messaged me this at 10:15pm! I’ve already waited 45 MINUTES! I thought ok cool I’ve already waited what’s a few more. I should cancelled then! At 10:30…..aka 15 minutes later I had a dasher say the same thing THEY CLOSE AT 11 I wasn’t gonna get my food till the next day fooling with these ppl smh never again!

  I rarely leave reviews for anything, but I have to for this. This place is truly disgusting. The grill is filthy. Scraps everywhere. The meat is overcooked and tasteless, no seasoning. Don’t get me started on the employees. Rude and roll their eyes at you. I rather drive 15 minutes out of the way to go to another location or avoid chipotle all together. Get it together! Gross

  Absolutely the worst chipotle ever!!! The food was stale and cold they gave me the wrong chicken I asked for honey chicken they put the normal one, the chips were old also I found a fly in my burrito disgusting! When I went to pickup the order it smelled like weed at the front so nasty this place is a health hazard.

  This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. We waited in line for about 40 minutes, and when we finally got close to ordering, we started noticing how the employees were preparing the pickup This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. We waited in line for about 40 minutes, and when we finally got close to ordering, the guy tells us we should have ordered online and go on preparing the pickup orders. We then started looking at him preparing the orders. countertops were covered in food, and the two guys in the front dont appear to care at all, tortillas were being placed anywhere and everywhere, they literally throw the food sauces to the point it splashes. The final straw was watching an employee accidentally drop plastic thing into the container of tomatoes, took it out by hand, and simply continue as if nothing had happened. At that point, I completely lost my appetite. After waiting 40 minutes, we ended up not wanting to eat at all. I understand that they are busy but the lack of cleanliness and proper food handling was extremely concerning.
