  So I went in today around 1pm and the girl that greeted me was very pleasant and nice , she was making my bowl and as she is making it ... The manager is at the cash register screaming at her down the line in front of me which is extremely unprofessional and the lady was loud and wrong . The girl scooped the chicken but didn't get a full scoop and she put a little more on to fix it and that is when the manager started screaming down the line at her about its only supposed to be one scoop of chicken... unprofessional, and she was loud and wrong to boot, I get to the cash register and the lady doesn't say a word to me she just gave me my total with an attitude.... chipotle if these are the kinda people your making managers ... I won't be back. This chipotle sits in the middle of a business park and the customer service should be top tier ...I mean my bowl and chips was almost $20 in this economy that is insane. Last thing I want to deal with is watching managers berate their employees in front of everyone and be rude to me ,the paying customer. Also charging me for the vinegrette and it's only a 3rd the way full is WILD WORK Also , we need smaller bowl options cause a bowl is too big to eat at lunch. I would love to see a smaller bowl option that is half the price.

  At this point it’s my fault, but it’s the closest Chipotle. On today’s episode of the ghetto chipotle…I was told that they ran out of burritos, which is crazy so I got a bowl. Then I saw the workers making burritos for the to go line, so I asked why they couldn’t just walk the burrito wraps for The to go line over for the dine in line. It was as if I was asking a child to explain relative theory. Again my fault for giving this chipotle another shot.

  This place is a joke. Ordered ONE TACO for pickup. Got there at the pickup time, order not ready, fine all good. 17 minutes later and about to be late for a work meeting, I asked for a refund on the order. Got serious attitude from the employees claiming "theres like 20 orders ahead of you sir". It's me and one other person waiting for pickup orders mind you... Just walked out. This place is always a mess do not go to this Chipotle under any circumstance.

  …it became obvious why this CMG is rated so poorly. Asked for a 4oz portion cup of Honey Chicken. It looked a little on the light side. I asked for them to add a little more to the side cup. I was told that this was their portion size, if I wanted more it would be a double portion & up charged. I asked for them to weigh it out to confirm 4oz’s. The Grill Cook w/a chip on his shoulder stepped in & placed the chicken in the portion cup w/lid on the scale. He said check this out dude, it’s over by .20 of a oz & proceeded to remove more chicken from the cup. I said wait/what, how much does the cup/lid weight? They put it on the scale (Line Forming) and it weighed in at .30. I reminded them that their CEO, Scott Boatwright, made it clear that a 1/4 more portion is at No Charge. Apparently this GM/FL didn't get the Memo. I left w/no food & spent no monies. This is a great example of managing from the Bottom Line as apossed to Building The Top Line! Disappointed & Disatififed in Nashville, TN

  This is the absolute slowest chipotle I have ever been to. This is the closest one to my house and I keep coming here despite knowing better. It's as if they try to go as slow as possible. Everyone working here as an attitude like they don't want to be working. Stood in line today and it took 5-6 minutes for them to complete ONE bowl. Been here another time and after waiting 25 minutes for them to make my bowl, I was then left waiting at the register for 5-8 minutes before anyone would cash me out. I will unfortantely probably be back here again because I live close, but this chipotle needs a complete management overhaul because whoever is in charge of this location deserved to be fired
