The staff (five people) all behind the counter completely ignored us until we’d been standing at the counter for over a full minute. They were just standing around in the back talking and blasting trap music on their cellphones and wouldn’t even look up. When they finally did come up to us, there was no eye contact and a gruff, “what do you want?”. They were all on their phones blasting their music over the store music the whole time we were there, or texting. They were rude to everyone that walked in, and the store was dirty.
