I'm convinced they never throw stale ones out. The service is about as rude as it gets. But the straw that broke the camel's back for me was the bag of chips I got today. Not only did they manage to be even more stale than usual (impressive!), but they tasted genuinely acrid. I've worked fast food and I cook literally every day and have made some kitchen monstrosities in my time. Let me tell you, I've not tasted anything so repulsive in quite some time. Genuinely they tasted of carbon shavings or rat poison, and I'm ashamed to say I had several because I couldn't believe that the whole bag was that bad. It was, and I'm not entirely sure I haven't been mildly poisoned. Seriously considering finding out how to get a surprise health inspection here because it is abysmal. I hate forgetting my lunch because this is one of the less expensive lunch options around my work, but the quality reaches new lows every time. At a certain point, I'd rather starve. Reply: I'll tell you how you can fix it. Send someone from corporate every week for the next two months, and if they don't start throwing out the chips that are so old they are health hazard, start firing people. I'll check in a little while from now and if nothing has changed, I'll be giving the health department a call.
