  Do NOT order ahead online. Stood there for 45 minutes past the “order ready” time. Could really use both my money and time back. Will never be back.

  They will not give you salt even when asked!! All the other Chipotle restaurants I've been too will either already have salt shakers by the fountain drinks or you could ask for it. The guy up front that said no also gave me a snobby look and a condescending smile. I did not like that one bit, but all a said was ok, payed, & walked away. Did not say anything in response or make a bid deal.

  The staff were nice and friendly. But I arrived 40 minutes before closing and they were "out of" white rice, black beans, chicken, steak, and a host of things. The counter was torn down like they were already packing things up. If your hours are open until 11 why are you not preparing your products to be available until that time? This is not the first chipotle this has happened to me at. I get it. Youre tired, it's been a long day and you want to go home. But it's just terrible customer service. You lost out on 13 orders worth of sales (literally I was there for a group order of 13 people) because you don't have any of your products available.

  paid $20 cash for a $14.10 bowl. The cashier gave me a $5 bill and told me to have a good day. When i asked for my .90¢ change she told me that the register does not have change and there's nothing she could do. I suggested that i'll give her a dime and then she can pull out a $1 bill, she said that the register had no singles. i asked for her manager and she said that there isn't one at this location. I understand potentially not having coins in your register for whatever reason, but yall should've told me before i gave you cash. I also understand that it’s small and only 90¢, but my question is how many other people overpaid for food today alone? Is it your business model to over charge people and hope they don’t notice? The employees were not helpful, and refused to give me their name. As someone in management, i would have done anything to make sure the customer got their money back / a voucher or something to make it right. This store steals from its customers. I’d suggest a different location.
