  Normal Chipotle, friendly employees and great food. Restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Everything I wanted was available, so no complaints there. I would definitely go back.

  My wife and I took our family here for lunch. We came here about a week and a half ago and had a similar experience. We are done with this location. 21st street is way better. Service was great at the start. We were greeted with kindness. UNTIL we encountered what I assume was the hiring manager (as we observed her interviewing someone else). She was very direct and seemed annoyed that we weren’t quick enough for her process. At checkout they left our burrito way back on the edge of the counter near the end of the prep line. My wife was waiting for the burrito and the same person said with an annoyed tone “Do you need something else?” To which my wife replied “our burrito is out of reach”. This manager started shouting burrito at another employee and aggressively pointing at it. - We sat down to discover there was sharpie on the tortilla of my burrito (seen in the photo). - The tortillas were stale and the rice was crunchy. - Lastly we witnessed an employee wheel to the manager a trash can with prep gloves on and literally went right back to preparing online orders with the same gloves…. I’ve worked in food before and have also been serve safe certified for a few years. This was WILD to witness. Cherry on top: The music was so loud. I strongly warn anyone from coming to this location.

  Whoever was making Togo orders at 1pm on May 28 added cheese and salsa to my order when I don’t eat dairy. Also, I ordered double chicken and they gave me a small portion. This place sucks!

  This place may be just fine to order and dine in. The mobile order experience was less than enjoyable. I walked into the store to pick up my order as i received the text that it was ready. When i got home 10 minutes later, I shook the bowl up and something was really wet and sticky on the outside. I opened it up and noticed a disproportionately large amount of sour cream in the bowl (I asked for regular sour cream). And when I pushed all the contents to one side, a pool of grease appeared. I drove 10 minutes back to the store to return the bowl. The staff were very nice and gladly made me a new bowl. The first bite I took of the new bowl had a long black hair in it that I had to pull out of my mouth. Again, dine in may be fine. But I highly recommend NOT using this location for a mobile order.
