  I really don’t like giving bad reviews (and this is one of my firsts) but this chipotle is one of the worst I’ve been to. I’m new to the area and went to this chipotle a few times. Every single time I went I was met with extremely rude service to me and other polite customers in the lobby, the portions and quality of food is bad (hard rice, an absurd amount of sour cream or lettuce etc.), and online orders are a joke. They horde the online orders behind a counter and never prompt customers waiting to pick them up. So naturally, customers ask. But the staff either ignored you, or angrily looks for your order. I even saw one worker snatch a bag out of a customers hand when he was trying to look for his order. They’ve given me the wrong online order, and they constantly forget utensils, napkins, etc. Very unfortunate, I hope this locations turns around. Even bare minimum customer service, goes a long way, this far below that. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. There are far better locations / restaurants , with much nicer people, who will help you instead see you as an inconvenience.

  Manger janny is tha best keep up good work chipotle win I came in for my food it was hot fresh and store was clean and thay loaded my food up I had some for next day 😋

  Went in there at 7:10ish there was a young lady filling my bowl. She didn’t greet me which fine whatever I said hi and she filled my bowl so much up with rice I didn’t say anything because I wasn’t going to make her scoop it off. Then she filled it with beans and chicken and the chicken was half a scoop. I asked for just a little more and she said she was going to charge me double. Which was ridiculous bc it wasn’t even a scoop which I thought it was supposed to be a scoop. Then she said she will put some rice back which she did and that’s cross contamination. It was terrible. The whole experience what a waste of time and for the company.

  Staff is incredibly rude and not welcoming at all. I asked for white rice and chicken in my bowl and the staff filled nearly the whole bowl with rice and then put almost a half a scoop of chicken. When i simply asked for just a tiny bit more chicken since the bowl had SOOO much rice, she said they would charge me for double. I don’t want DOUBLE meat i just want a decent amount of chicken so that my whole spoonful wasn’t just rice. I told her that there was just a lot of rice and that i only wanted just a tiny bit more chicken nothing crazy, so her solution was to scoop out some of the rice and put it back into the container of rice AFTER IT ALREADY HAD BEANS AND CHICKEN ON IT. Felt petty to be honest. I will not return to this chipotle and i did not buy the bowl.

  I went here on Aug 20 for bogo night and I was so impressed with the employees. The line of customers was non-stop, but instead of being curt as the night went on, they were all being so nice about modifications and extra sauces and everything. I really appreciated them all for their hard work.
