  I have never had a good experience at this location and ALL 4 times I’ve gone my food order was incorrect. There are always toppings missing even though you are charged extra and my hard shells tacos are always soggy and falling apart before the order is even placed on the shelf. I haven’t gone in an entire year because of this but im moving tomorrow and all my dishes are packed so I thought I would give it one more try. They lost my order in store so it was a few minutes late which was not an issue. I get home and my CARNITAS BOWL is missing carnitas. Thankful I got all my toppings this time but no meat is a real bummer. I’ve never had so many bad experiences at one location.

  Felt rushed and was told there were no more vegetables being cooked. Also scanned my rewards app and it didn’t go through due to the employee rushing through the transaction. There was also only two other people in line behind me.

  We when on 8/5/2026 at 12:20 is 12:35 and still no white rice and the person in charge ask us if we spoke English ( how rude) and we left at 12:40 and stool nothing the line was dirty the bathroom … what disappointed….. I remember when chipotle it used to be all about customer service…. I’ll never come back to this location. I don’t recommend it….

  I often find myself at various Chipotle locations, but this spot truly stands out as the best. The welcoming staff and impeccably clean dining area turn every visit into a delight. While maintaining such high standards can be tough at times, this particular restaurant consistently impresses with its dedication. Plus, their generous portions mean you get excellent value with every meal. It’s unquestionably my top pick for a satisfying, enjoyable dining experience.

  I have video proof of this experience and I’m willing to share. This is the first time I left a restaurant in shock. After placing an online order, I realize the side portions of rice, beans, and corn are not the normal portions I have been receiving. It was drastically under portioned to the point I couldn’t even fill a single taco (I tried). I then brought this up to their attention, thinking it was going to be something we could laugh about, but instead the manager Kyle (who I did not request for) said that there’s nothing wrong with the portion size. Although I have done this same order at multiple locations and have always received a reasonable size. Since I didn’t want to cause a scene I just ordered another side portion and left. Once I got home, I then notice the tortilla was old, hard, and flakey, and to no surprise the chips were stale. I then went back to reexplain the situation and now asking about the tortilla. Not only were they passive with my concerns, but barely answered my questions with valid points. One of the servers tried to tell the cashier working with me to just, “give her another side portion,” even after I explained that I already paid for one. I’m SOOOOOO not the confrontational type so this situation really threw me off guard. With the manager offering me no explanation or solutions and the staff interjecting their opinions I just took my losses and left. It’s really unfortunate that this was my conclusion, but I hope NO ONE else has to go through such a demeaning experience.
