I call the store and they inform me they have no way of looking up the order and will not re-make it. Absolutely awful customer service. I understand it's a third party delivery service, but they use them as their delivery and should stand behind their orders. Will not be a customer here again.

One lane is designated for mobile orders only, but this creates a significant backup when there are many people in line. Saw a couple of workers just standing there without offering any assistance or explanation. They should both have regular access and workers can take your mobile order when it's your turn
