The workers definitely carry theirselves like they’re over worked and underpaid or they just flat out don’t care. And it’s not a one off experience. As an airline worker I’ve experienced a number of incidents here. Before the airport expanded you would get quality service and product. I’ve had a couple orders not inputted correctly or just made wrong, which I don’t understand as it’s a basic menu. And don’t bother asking them to fix it you’ll be met with a lot of attitude for their inconvenience and given yet another wrong order. Ive watched as workers confidently handed off drinks and shakes 2/3 full and then respond with attitude when asked to fix it. The line is way too long to wait for such bad service and quality control. Also don’t tip here, I once offered a custom tip and was upset to realize I was charged way more. Take yourself to Shake Shack or Burger King.
