- JSJennifer SanchezMay 10, 20262.0There were no less than 20 high schoolers working on a Friday night and the place was packed. The location was super dirty and the workers were not able to keep up at all, many were just dithering about. It took 15 minutes to get a milkshake.

I had realized that I didn’t have my jack so I pulled over and started asking around. I was closest to the chick-fil-a so I asked employees in there. They were quick to help! Brendan brought out his jack and even offered to help. Just comes to show that this establishments customer service goes beyond the restaurant! Thanks Brendan!
- JBJerad BryantApr 15, 20265.0Never been to this location before I'm from out of town but I'm in the Vanderbilt hospital and I called because my service dog absolutely loves the ice cream at chick fila and she's seen me get stuck by needles, she's been taken out room while getting X-ray and she's just extremely stressed out. She don't like being away from me for more than a few seconds but my issue was I couldn't get ice cream on grub hub and she's use to getting it pretty much daily but especially when it's been a hard day lol so I called this chick fila and offered to pay for it if they would put one in my bag and the guy said no but he said he'd make sure one was put in my bag. Really cool of him , I know he didn't know this but if you guys can look at my chick fila rewards mika eats her kids meal from chick fila at least 5 days a week to the point there's two where we live that know her by name. So thank you guys for treating her like she was coming to your restaurant daily
