- WWWade Wade1 day ago4.0After my first visit to Cava, I was impressed by the food. It’s a chain, so you often expect less. But my steak bowl had very fresh ingredients with excellent quality! The store was very clean. And what a bonus that they serve Maine Root products, some of my favorite sodas on the planet!! The workers didn’t seem too excited to be there, but I get it. Then again, Cava’s competition has much friendlier people. But as long as you have good food and a clean store, I’ll keep coming back.

Rushing you through your order, ignoring you when you ask questions, and looking annoyed when you simply ask for the pita bread that comes with the bowl you ordered. It felt like we were just an inconvenience for even being there. Like what the heck?
