  I do think Cava has nice flavors and decent quality ingredients. That said, I find it overpriced for their portions (read $70 two small salads). Brownie is laughable, falafel salad was filled only half. I’ll probably go again in a pinch, but I’d prefer higher quality ingredients from local restaurants. One star lost for portions, one for cost to quantity ratio

  The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Everything was fresh, healthy, and high quality—exactly what I was looking for. There are not many options like this in downtown Nashville, and this was definitely the perfect choice. I would absolutely come back!

  The food was decent, and everyone in my family enjoyed the different bowls we ordered. However, the experience could have been much better. The restaurant seemed disorganized, and several items were unavailable when we visited. The portions of meat were quite small, especially considering the price of the bowls. It felt like there was a strong emphasis on charging extra for many of the additions, which made the meal feel less worthwhile. I understand that portion sizes need to be consistent, but I think there should be a little more flexibility with the amount of meat provided. The food has potential, and with better organization, more reasonable portions, and fewer upcharges, the experience would be much more satisfying.

  You got my delivery order completely wrong and missed my birthday gift and then I have no way to contact you to get help. Horrible horrible experience. Your night staff are NOT good at reading what should be included and just leave so many toppings out.
