  Service is terrible. Only person in line and watched 4 employees look at me and do nothing. When one finally decided to come to the counter it was with a crappy attitude. I just left and went to Shake Shack. Won’t be back.

  I ordered Cava from UberEats on May 14 at 830pm. The driver arrived with my food and drinks at 945 and everything was wrong. He was unable to understand me as there was a language barrier, but he kept showing me on his phone where it said, "This is what they gave me". I immediately called the restaurant and let the manager know. He offered to comp me with a free bowl the next time I ordered, but I am from a city that doesn't have Cava and I was starving and had my heart set on it. By this time it's 1010pm and they close at 1030pm. I told him I was on my way. He said I'll wait for you and he did. He fixed my orders correctly and my lemonades, because who goes to Cava for a soda? I never got his name, but the closing manager on this night deserves an incentive. He was patient, kind and his customer service is what will keep people coming back for more. Thank you!!

  A much better Door Dash experience than the 21st Ave location. However I don't think that the person making the order knew the difference between arugula and cilantro... I got a bowlful of cilantro which was a little much! 🤣

  Miriam @ Cava is the best. I dropped my drink and she immediately asked if I was ok and brought napkins to clean it up and gave me a refill and it made me feel less embarrassed her service made my day and when life gets busy, Miriam makes it better.✨😍

  MIA HANDS DOWN THE SWEETEST AND HARD WORKING.. the guy was going to charge me 4 dollar for a side but why if hummus is included in the bowl made no since from him. I ask Mia and she said it should be included so she gave me in small container Only reason I ask in side because I wasn’t sure if this was the right flavor to be added on the bowl BUT OVERALL MIA was nice, sweet, checking on my bowls SHE NEED A RAISE mia thank you
