  First! The smell is wonderful walking in. The manager was grilling chicken and other meats, so you know there's a rotation of fresh product coming through. I was pleased with the portions. I didn't have to feel like I was paying a lot but getting a little. I had to take a point off because the pitas weren't fresh and hot. They were good, but they weren't fresh. This location hits best during dinner hours, although it's good all day, but dinner is really the peak times. Now, I did go before and there were some late teens ages fixing the food and it was a little problematic because they're, of course teens with those teen attitudes like you're the inconvenience. Hopefully they fixed that problem, which is why I say dinner time is the best time for me...more adults

  I usually order for delivery because this location is not always convenient for me to get in and out. My order was and food quality was lacking today and leaves me disappointed. The grilled chicken seemed very slim in the portion today compared to other times and not fresh. I always order a side of the pita chips because they are warm with just the crunch I like to have. Today they appeared to be a day old and left on the counter. I have never done dessert so I ordered a Brownie and cookie for later only to end up with a Blondie and cookie for later. Extremely Disappointed and hope when I try again in a few months that things will have improved in the food quality and attention to orders is a priority. Insert Sad Face Here. N.F.

  The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out the most was the staff! They were genuinely friendly, attentive, and had great attitudes. Onur and Su, who went above and beyond with his kindness and professionalism. They greeted everyone with a smile and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend!

  While visiting Nashville this weekend I decided to try Cava for the first time as I've heard nothing but good things about their food 😋 I ordered the Greek chicken salad 🥗 with pita and extra Greek yogurt. As I approach the register to pay I started to explain how this was my first time and I ordered something extra that I had decided not to get as pulled out my debit card she asked me is this my 1st time she then took the receipt from the register and said to me this is paid for! I began to tearing up 😢then I hugged 🤗 🫂 the lady who I then asked her name is - SUE , Manager she's the at Cava! I thanked her from the bottom of my heart ❤️ the food was Great, superb customer service! Kindness goes a long way... if we had more Sue's in this world ...🌎 😇 it would be a better world....she made my day along with GOD'S favor 🙏🏼😇

  Had a wonderful experience at CAVA on West End! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and positive. What stood out the most was how happy the employees seemed to be working together, it felt like a team that enjoyed each other, and that energy made my visit even more enjoyable. Chanelle, the manager, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone felt welcomed. Every employee we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely pleasant. The restaurant had a warm, family-like environment that made me feel right at home. Great food, outstanding service, and an incredible team. We will definitely be back!
