  I've been a regular at this CAVA and spend a good amount here every week, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. In particular, a cashier named Colby has consistently come across as dismissive and unfriendly. He rarely smiles, rolls his eyes, and gives the impression he doesn't want to be there. Customer facing staff set the TONE, and customers should feel appreciated. Today, my total went up again for my usual salmon avocado bowl. My totals have gone from about 17.83 to 20.69 and now 23.54. When I asked about it, Colby said I asked for extra salmon, which I hadn't. It felt like I was being accused instead of being heard. Rather than argue, I told him to keep the money and left. I really enjoy CAVA's food, but service and communication at this location need improvement. A smile, respectful tone, and clear pricing would go a long way….

  I've been in this location a couple times before and found it good but expensive. But I ran in yesterday mid-afternoon to pick up a couple bowls for a busy weekend, and the experience was much different. There was no one behind me in line, though the girl in front of me waved me ahead- guess she was still deciding- and I told the (South American?) woman behind the counter I'd order a falafal and a custom bowl; she proceeded to fill both bowls exactly the same with rice, baked vegetables, etc without even looking at me or asking me what I wanted different in both. I didn't really mind so just let it pass. Then I told the counter girl she handed off to (Kohl? Kohty? couldn't quite see the nametag) one was falafal and the other just what I ask for: with really pretty bad grace she filled both, then asked "what toppings?" already grabbing and squirting toppings on. I stopped her, said, "no toppings please," and as she shoved everything to the register I heard her mutter something which was not very polite. I asked her no fewer than six times to repeat herself, and finally she looked up glaring and said, "next time if you don't want everything don't say everything!" I was completely nonplussed and pointed out that I'd asked for, "Everything that I ask for... I said that to you..." Not a good experience, I'm not planning on going back to pay $13 for bad attitudes and a bowl full of rice.

  I ordered the Salmon and strawberry bowl with the pita bread. It was really good, but of course I did not get a chance to taste my pita bread because they left it out of my bag so I may return and hopefully I get a chance to taste the pita bread.

  Sue won over my 9yo’s heart… she said “we’re never going back to chipotle” lol This lady was so kind to her, I mean both of us that it left my little one in disbelief. She always gets top tier service… We’ve been back on occasions to some employees that didn’t measure up… please clone Sue! Lol We love the gazillion options they have versus their competitor. Tried their steak first time and it was out of this world. The second time a little tough but I refuse to get chipotles steak… We also love the ambiance and often dine in compared to chipotle. The pita chips have won my heart… just make sure they are warmed and a decent amount of seasoning. They don’t disappoint

  I've only been to this Cava location a couple of times and everytime i have gone it doesn't matter who's working, the staff acts like it's such an inconvenience to them that i even came in there. It's not even like they're rude or anything they're just not friendly at all. they're trying to get through every customer as fast as they can and i get it but damn. i feel like i've gotten mean mugged everytime i have gone in there. i'm only giving 2 stars because i like the food.
