Every single person working there was unbelievably rude. I got a greens and grains bowl with barely any arugula and when I asked for more I was told it would be an extra charge. I love cava’s food, but this experience was unpleasant enough that it will be a long time before I go back.

Employees ignored customers and then had no salmon ready. I left without buying anything. Won't be back and it was my first time there.
I stopped by CAVA after my concert at Vanderbilt University and honestly had one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. The entire staff was so welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. Even though it was busy, everyone stayed positive and made customers feel appreciated.
I especially want to recognize a worker named Chanel, who was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, patient, and uplifting, and she truly went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. Her attitude and customer service completely stood out and made my night even better after the concert.
I unfortunately don’t know the names of the other employees working, but they were all incredibly welcoming and helpful as well. You can tell this team works very hard and truly cares about the customers coming in. The service overall was fantastic, and employees like this genuinely deserve recognition and raises for the positivity and effort they bring every day.
Thank you all for such an amazing experience! I’ll definitely be coming back!

CHANEL NEEDS A RAISE AND A PROMOTION! I was blown away at how amazing her customer service was from the time we entered the facility until we left. She went out of her way, above and beyond, to make sure my husband and I had a phenomenal experience. Her team followed suit, with making sure our order was prepared as we wanted it and making sure to ask if there was anything else we needed. The food was fresh, hot, and so tasty, with great portion sizes, and the cucumber drink did not disappoint either. I would give the 21st Avenue Cava location a 10/10 if google would allow me to! I will definitely visit this location every single time I am in the area because of how they treated me. People never forget how you treat them and how you made them feel. There are so many people in customer service that could learn a thing or two from Chanel. I pray she continues to be the beacon of light and joy that God has instilled in her because he is definitely taking her to new horizons, with big plans for her life! ❤️ ❤️

So i normally get a kids meal because the portion is enough for me to get full. However, when I ask for chicken as my protein, the lady scoops and shakes the spoon really hard so it’s not even a full portion of chicken anymore. I ask if she can put a bit more because there’s like two pieces of chicken compared to the portion of rice they served, so she tells me that I’d have to pay for extra protein and that the kids meal does not get a full scoop of chicken. My main problem is that the lady (Khiya I think is her name), was very rude since the moment I asked for more protein. Like if Cava doesn’t let the workers put decent portions of protein that’s fine, but the minimum you could do is be polite. Also, how is it that the kids meal can have a full portion of rice, but not a full portion of chicken? Apparently the kids at Cava simply do not eat chicken.
This is the first time I have an issue like this with the portions and service at this location, so it made me very upset and made my experience unpleasant. I love Cava but it feels like it’s losing the spark. Also, they barely had any toppings and we went at 9 pm (2 hours before closing).
