  The most hateful staff. Why are we eyeing us and scoffing when i ask for toppings ? Why are we putting wet sauce in a soft pita ? to make it soggy ? we go at least once a week to get cava. due to our lack of respect from this location we will never return and shall see our business elsewhere. thank you

  Incredible service and clean restaurant. Win is a fantastic and personable manager that made the experience very worthwhile for me. I was lucky to have gotten to speak with him, he is clearly very dedicated to his restaurant, and also very engaging. Malik and Shalita (please forgive me as I may have misspelled that) were also very gracious and accommodating. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I wish their team the best.

  Jakaihya was great help today ! Need more people like her ! The food was great and i have no complaints at all . If yall see jakaihya sees the best person there to get help from especially if your new too Cava !

  Disappointing experience, had been waiting for this place to finally re-open. I was a first-time customer. My main complaint is they got everything about my pickup order wrong except the main item - no sides, no free dessert, and they included utensils when I requested to not include. Also in terms of atmosphere and customer service (although I'm only interested in picking up here, and probably won't based on this first experience) - there was not much furniture on the patio, even though they just reopened after expanding the restaurant from pickup only, and it looked like it hadn't been swept in a while. No one greeted me when I came in the store, even though they weren't busy. A bunch of the staff were hanging out in the front and ignored me. Not that I need a lot of attention, but it wasn't strong customer service for a store that had just reopened. Maybe I came in at the wrong time or something, but they obviously need to improve their pickup process and training, and it seems like a lot of their five-star reviews are SEO for hire.
