  Angela is an amazing server. Her promptness makes your visit so relaxing. She’s so sweet , we never had to ask for the little things like refills or silverware. She notices and just does it. Buffalo Wild Wing has an awesome server. I’d love to see her working the bar !!!

  the food is good but everything else is trash. the servers ignore every customer whether it be dine in or carryout. the manager thats on today seemwd to hide the bathroom the whole time. very rude employees, rude manager. i love Bww food but the service half a mile down the road at wingstop is on point. Ill go give them my money everyday for that reason alone. this location is going downhill quicky

  The service took forever but it could have been when me and the family went but we had to wait 30 mins after seating ourselves to even get our drinks even tho they took the order a few mins after we had been seated also one of my family members tried to order the buffalo chicken dip 3 times but it never came and it wasn't on the ticket so it was if they didn't care if we got what we wanted or not ,but the food was good as always the Caribbean jerk is always good just has a bit of a kick . The beer cheese and pretzels are always good . All and all it gets a 3 stars because service was crap

  I went in on Thursday afternoon because I had a craving for BONELESS wings. Upon entering, I sat in a booth. Eventually someone came to welcome me and take my drink order. After he took my drink order he disappeared and someone else took my food order. I originally asked for the Wing Combo (6 boneless and 6 bone-in) but asked if they could all be boneless. I told the waitperson that if the request wasn’t possible that I’d take the 15 Piece BONELESS wings. She came back shortly after disappearing with a tablet saying something about to-go, but I was there to dine in. I told her the 15 piece BONELESS wings would be fine. Well, about 15 minutes later, my food arrives and before I can actually look at the trays, she’s gone. I look down at the trays and the fries are looking good, but, I look at the tray of wings. ALL bone-in. There’s three little containers of ranch dressing, but this is not my order. I tried looking for the person who took my drink order, gone. I tried looking for the person who took my food order/brought my food to my table, gone. I was hungry and tried to eat the wings that I didn’t order. By the time the person who brought my food came back to check (at least 20 minutes later), I had finished half of the wings. So, telling them it wasn’t right was pointless by then. I stopped eating, though, because the food got cold quick. When the person that took my drink order finally came back around - because apparently it was their table but they were just too lazy or didn’t want to take my order - to ask if I wanted a to-go container and my check. I used to like Buffalo Wild Wings a lot but this location dropped the ball. Oh, and I didn’t mention the rude, in attended child that came crawling through my booth because the parents were too busy to keep hold of her.

  Did a order online and they gave me cold wings I could’ve gotten sick wasn’t no steam or anything coming from the wings Manager Darren told me he couldn’t do anything about it when I called them at 11:30 I was up there at 11:20 remind you they don’t close till 12 I will be letting corporate know me and my son and wife could’ve gotten food poisoning.
