I had a group visiting nashville go to dinner here tonight because we all wanted to try Tapas, but sad to say it wasn't a good experience.
Let me start by saying the food was very good and it came out in a timely manner - the food that we got at least.
the restaurant is also very beautiful.
one of our members ordered a caesar salad, but after 30 minutes we asked where it was and our waitress said she would go check on it. she came back and she said they are out of caesar salad. So the member asked for a dessert menu, however our waitress didn't come back for another 15-30 ish minutes to even ask what the member had wanted.
We then thought that we were missing a few of our orders so we asked our waitress to check on it and she came back and told us we got everything, however i mentioned that we thought we had ordered a charcuterie and tuna tartar which we did not receive. she then said "well i can just take it off the receipt unless you want it." At that point we had already not received another item and were receiving poor service so we said we would just take the check and head over to the food hall (which was amazing btw).
we had a group of five, one member was paying for her drink (because she did not get her caesar salad or food for that matter), and the remaining 4 were going to split the rest of the check.
it was impossible to do it online and we asked for her to just print two separate checks to make it easier - but she said "no just scan the QR code. it's super easy." Needless to say, we only had one person pay because it was in fact not easy.
Another thing that i noticed from our waitress was that when we would bring up these concerns she would either brush it off and make a joke about it or she would blame the kitchen saying "we have a new kitchen staff."
i do not recommend going here if you are looking for decent service. especially if you want decent service with a $180 check. however the food WAS delicious and the kitchen did an AMAZING job cooking our food we did receive.
Our waitress was Rhonda.

Would not recommend - for visitors the Assembly Food Hall upstairs is way better, has wild variety, amazing quality and is significantly cheaper with better service.
This was a pretty awful experience.
1) We weren't asked about drinks prior to food which wasnt a huge deal but weird
2) One of our party ordered a caesar salad and after waiting 30 min for it, it turned out that they didnt actually have it available but the waitress i guess didnt know or forgot?
3) We ordered 2 other items that were completely forgotten.
The food we got was decent but the service and kitchen errors and no attempt to remedy or comp anything was pretty pathetic. I love that the waitress at the end also blamed the "new kitchen" but in reality it was also largely poor service by the Front house.

What an experience! Alexander was an incredible waiter and he did a fantastic job. Lamb skewers are amazing, the short rib paella meat was next level, the rice could’ve had more flavor. The ONLY reason this place is getting 3/5 is because of their front of house/hostesses and how rude they both were, not just to us. The big black hostess should not be working ANYWHERE near customer facing duties. Wow she was horrible. Nice couple came in after us and they didn’t have a reservation..you acted like they were peasants and literally asked them to leave since “walk-in’s aren’t an option tonight”. Zero personality and seemed annoyed to be working from the big black girl who stayed on that iPad acting like she was working and the skinny white girl with brown hair. Outside of the HORRIBLE front house staff, Alexander and the food/service was great!

Visiting this place in Nashville for Spanish food was a nice experience overall, but the food itself did not leave a particularly strong impression. Some of the dishes we ordered were delayed, which interrupted the flow of the meal, and there were several small service mistakes throughout the evening. The interior design and atmosphere were pleasant, though it was a bit too loud for comfortable conversation. It also felt somewhat different from the lively and authentic market atmosphere you would expect from Barcelona.
