- DPDan PMay 18, 20263.0I would have thought that a chain based in the south could make a good biscuits and gravy. I was quickly disabused of that notion. Visiting from a region without a Bojangles, I was excited to try one while in the area. Unfortunately the biscuits and gravy were lukewarm at best and completely flavorless. The hash browns on the other hand were almost lava hot and couldn't be eaten right away. Once they had cooled slightly there were actually fairly decent. Drive thru employee was nice and personable though and the prices are actually pretty decent overall.
