- JYJacquelyn YungJul 1, 20261.0My mom and I went yesterday and ordered the special dipped waffle cones. The guy asked how many scoops we wanted and we wanted the smallest so I said single scoop. He literally put in one scoop. It was appalling. One ice cream scoop swimming in such a large waffle cone. I wish I had a picture but you can imagine. So he added one more scoop. Which we paid for, so it was $10 each. I’ve been to my fair share of Ben and Jerry’s plus other ice cream shops and this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It was some young kid working alone so I already had low expectations but wow that was ridiculous. Besides the lack of parking I probably won’t be returning which is sad because I was really hoping to like this place. As for the waffle cone and ice cream, that was good. The service was very sad.
