He said it looks pretty dang close to the picture but obviously not the case. Here is a photo of what I ordered vs what I got. I’m not saying it needed to be free but some part of a refund would be considerate

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
