- TMTrinity Mahan3 days ago1.0terrible. i went there with my boyfriend last night. two boys working, we walked in at 9 (60 minutes before they closed!) and the one with longer brown hair was SO rude. the one with the shorter hair wasn’t rude he just didn’t seem happy. long hair sighed and said “hey we’re about to close” in the rudest voice. by the way, this guy was no where near an adult and had the worst attitude. i told them what i wanted and i got my order, i was charged for the right amount. my boyfriend told him he wanted a double school as well and the kid gave him ONE scoop in a double scoop cup, and we were charged for two doubles. THIS is where is really gets bad, we were sitting out in the parking lot and a family of 4, with a little girl around 5 years old were walking in at 9:30 (30 minutes before they closed!!) and the long hair boy raised his voice and said “guys were closed!!” and the lady looked at the time and walked out. she’s way better than me but that long hair boy needs his mama to discipline him some more. i worked in fast food for a while and we NEVER turned away customers even if it was 2 minutes before we closed. YOU CLOSE AT THE TIME LISTED, not before, you can start cleaning and yelling at people WHEN the time listed on your front door hits. this baskin robins has never been the best in my eyes but now it’s just terrible. management needs to change, or be there when KIDS are running their store.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
