Instead you have an employee that’s cleaning off the clock while complaining about the lack of cleanliness. Dude went to make my hot fudge sundae, but first he scratched his face and then rubbed his hands on his filthy shirt. I was so glad when he asked how to make hot fudge, since they were out. The off the clock employee, still cleaning and complaining, didn’t know how to make it either. That meant I didn’t have to tell them no, ya’ll are apparently not clean in here. He offered to microwave me some chocolate syrup…I told him no thank you. Do better.

THIS is where is really gets bad, we were sitting out in the parking lot and a family of 4, with a little girl around 5 years old were walking in at 9:30 (30 minutes before they closed!!) and the long hair boy raised his voice and said “guys were closed!!” and the lady looked at the time and walked out. she’s way better than me but that long hair boy needs his mama to discipline him some more. i worked in fast food for a while and we NEVER turned away customers even if it was 2 minutes before we closed. YOU CLOSE AT THE TIME LISTED, not before, you can start cleaning and yelling at people WHEN the time listed on your front door hits. this baskin robins has never been the best in my eyes but now it’s just terrible. management needs to change, or be there when KIDS are running their store.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
