Sincerely the best service I’ve had outside of a Michelin star restaurant. So well coordinated we were never neglected or forgotten and it felt like we had a team of attentive waiters throughout the service. The steak tartare was so freaking good I genuinely cannot describe, but you should try it. Also the mushrooms were divine, made my eyes roll back in my head. I didn’t know mushrooms could taste so good. My husband and I loved the food and the staff treated us like royalty.

After walking around today, so glad to find a quiet table to sit and have elegant service and inspired dishes. Had the Bruschetta Alla Ricotta, which we saved for dessert, Crispy Artichokes which was by far the most exquisite preparation I’ve had! Baby Gem Lettuce salad was OK, by now we had over ordered the Conchiglie Al Pesto-very good and the Bucatini Granchio which I thought was more of a crab cake dinner but it’s pasta dish. Had a lovely Italian white bottle, finished with a Grapefruitcello. Multiple seating lobby bar and cafe tables as well as formal dining. I think the sax player and DJ were having a bit of trouble syncing the tunes. In all, a great experience.

This has to be one of my top dining experiences I’ve had in Nashville in a very long time. The food quality was exceptional, fresh, and delicious. The staff is fantastic and our incredible waitress Samantha was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and wine options. I went there to celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend and they were so kind to have their whole team sign a card for us wishing us a happy anniversary as well as took a Polaroid picture of us we could keep it! Will certainly be returning.

As a Nashville local, I can confidently say that Bacco at Four Seasons Nashville is one of the city’s most underrated gems. I have visited for breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, and drinks, and every experience has been consistently exceptional. The food deserves a moment of its own because dining at Bacco is an experience you can see, smell, and feel from the moment it reaches the table. The Nerano-style pasta with zucchini is extraordinary—silky, savory, delicate, and deeply comforting. It is one of those dishes you continue thinking about long after the table has been cleared and easily one of my favorite pastas in Nashville. The pizzas are equally impressive, arriving perfectly baked and accompanied by scissors for cutting and sharing, which turns serving a pizza into such a fun and memorable experience. The tacos were another unexpected hidden gem. One bite immediately transported me back to memories of dining poolside at Four Seasons Punta Mita. The freshness, flavors, and presentation felt like a carbon copy of that experience—an incredible little escape that somehow brought the warmth and ease of Mexico directly to Nashville. This morning, I stopped in for an early brunch on the beautiful patio and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Monica. Her service was outstanding from beginning to end. She delivered genuine anticipatory service and continuously looked for those golden nuggets of information that could make my experience more enjoyable. For example, Monica noticed that I was with my dogs and brought them water bowls without my ever having to ask. It may seem like a small gesture, but that is exactly what exceptional hospitality looks like—recognizing an unspoken need and responding naturally and thoughtfully. That simple act immediately made me feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely pampered. I also shared my dietary restrictions with Monica, and she could not have done a better job helping me choose my brunch. She listened carefully, asked the right questions, and confidently guided me toward a meal that accommodated my needs without feeling like a compromise. Her recommendation was perfect. To me, true luxury is the art of not having to think. It is having your needs anticipated, met, and then exceeded before you ever have to ask—and that is exactly what was demonstrated here. Monica was gracious, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever being intrusive. She noticed the smallest details and made everything feel effortless. Her lovely restaurant manager was equally warm and welcoming. Together, they created the kind of experience that stays with you long after the meal and makes you want to return again and again. An honorable mention must also go to Steven behind the bar for making an absolutely ridiculous Naked and Famous cocktail—in the best possible way. It is my drink of choice, so I have had plenty of them, and Steven served that baby up beautifully. It was easily one of the best I have had in Nashville. Monica, you were outstanding. Thank you for making an ordinary brunch feel like a genuinely special occasion. Whether you are visiting Nashville or already live here, I highly encourage you to add Bacco to your regular rotation. It deserves far more recognition for its food, atmosphere, cocktails, and, most importantly, its people. A true 10 out of 10.
