Well done Four Seasons on the reopening or rebranding of your restaurant to - Bacco!!! What a massively different space and vibe than Mimo. It was a bustling Friday night. Nishaan, Bacco operations manager , was there at every step to insure we enjoyed the pleasures of superb dishes, expertly prepared. Dakota, our main server, was very helpful and attentive - but honestly the whole place was attentive. Hard to believe a customer could have a bad experience or lodge any complaint related to service alone. The sommelier was busy with wine selections and samples near us. The chef orchestrated ever detail at kitchen’s edge inspecting each dish, ensuring perfection - or something close to it!!! We sampled many things, oysters were tender and paired with a wonderful condiment sauce (need their secret for this) that was new to me and wonderful, Steak tartare was splendid - a must, fried artichoke - perfectly cooked and seasoned, pizza oven had the fresh flat bread firing (don’t eat the olives…lol), pasta was delicious, martinis wonderful, deserts splendid…need more adjectives? Get to Bacco and find yours…

I really hate to leave a bad review however I do want to share my experience to help someone else. I am a vegetarian of 15 years and was served meat and ate it without knowledge of there being meat in the item. We asked about both bruschettas on the menu and the server gave a vague description of both, however never once mentioned one contained meat. I looked up every ingredient on the menu and it was described as having tomato, pistachio, and bread - no mention of meat. When I ate it (which tasted like hotdog frosting) we asked the waiter and he did inform us there was meat in it and mentioned it was his fault since he never asked for our allergies and it wasn’t listed on the menu. I don’t like to cause a scene but I did say I was disappointed as a vegetarian of 15 years and there was no way I would’ve known there was meat in it, especially since we inquired about what was in it. I was hoping for the appetizer to at least be comped but it was not. The rest of the food was below average. I hate to say I am very disappointed with my experience here! Please see the photo below for the “bruschetta”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brunch at Bacco is an Experience Worth Repeating We recently had brunch at Bacco, the Italian restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Nashville, and it exceeded every expectation. First, the service was absolutely outstanding. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to share details about the restaurant, the ingredients imported directly from Italy, and even walking us through highlights of the dinner menu. She was thorough, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the dining experience, which made us feel welcomed and well cared for from start to finish. Now for the food—wow. The pizzette was unforgettable. It was light, airy, and packed with cheesy goodness; honestly, it felt like biting into a cloud. Every bite was pure comfort and flavor. The omelette was equally impressive—rich, perfectly prepared, and bursting with flavor. It was one of those dishes that seems simple on paper but is executed so well that it becomes something special. As if the amazing food and service weren't enough, the atmosphere was beautiful. The restaurant has an elegant yet inviting vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxing brunch or a special occasion. And here's the cherry on top: Bacco offers three hours of complimentary valet parking when you dine at the restaurant, making a downtown Nashville visit completely stress-free. Amazing service, incredible food, beautiful ambiance, and complimentary valet parking—it's truly a win-win. We will definitely be back and can't wait to try dinner next time! 🍝🇮🇹✨

It was, without question, one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have ever had anywhere, let alone at a Four Seasons property. We sat down at approximately 11:00 AM. Nearly 20 minutes passed before we received the water and orange juice we ordered. As the waitress placed the drinks on the table, I politely asked if we could place our food order, including dessert, at the same time because we were pressed for time and had a 2:00 PM flight to catch. Forty minutes later, there was still no food. At that point it was already noon, so I kindly got the waitress’s attention and reminded her that time was of the essence. I asked if she could check on our order and let us know how much longer it would take. She returned and told us that the chef estimated another 5–10 minutes, adding, “Let’s plan for 10 minutes just to be safe.” Understanding the circumstances, I politely asked if she could bring the bill with the food so we could save time and head directly to the airport afterward. Ten minutes passed. Then fifteen. Then twenty. Our waitress was nowhere to be found. At that point, I walked over to the bar and asked the bartender if he could please check on our order because there was no longer any possibility that we would have enough time to eat without risking missing our flight. After an hour and twenty-five minutes of waiting, the waitress finally returned—with the bill. Naturally, my first question was, “Where is the food?” Her response was, “Oh, they haven’t brought it out yet.” I was genuinely stunned. I asked, “Does it look to you like we have food on the table?” and requested that she go check on it. What happened next was perhaps the most shocking part of the entire experience. She literally turned her back to me and raised her hand in a dismissive “whatever” gesture before walking away. To make matters worse, after waiting an hour and twenty-five minutes, we ultimately had no choice but to leave for the airport without ever receiving the meal we ordered. We left hungry, frustrated, and rushed, scrambling to make our flight because of a situation that could have been avoided with even the most basic level of communication and service recovery. What should have been an enjoyable and relaxing meal before traveling instead became a stressful and disappointing experience that effectively ruined the remainder of our day. I am appalled by this experience and beyond disappointed that this is the level of service being delivered at a Four Seasons property. Delays happen. Kitchens get backed up. What is inexcusable is the complete lack of communication, accountability, urgency, and professionalism. The most frustrating part that this entire experience could have been handled very differently. Instead, we were repeatedly assured that the food was only minutes away, only to discover after nearly an hour and a half that it had still not been served. I have left a voicemail for the General Manager and am genuinely curious to see how this situation is addressed. More importantly, I hope this interaction is used as a coaching and training opportunity, because no guest should ever be treated this way—especially after remaining patient, polite, and understanding throughout the entire ordeal. Very, very disappointing. Hany Boutros

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Perfection from Start to Finish!** Bacco has completely raised the bar for fine dining in Nashville. Nestled inside the Four Seasons, the space itself is an absolute stunner, perfectly blending sleek, moody Tuscan elegance with a high-energy, welcoming vibe. We started our evening with a few incredible antipasti. The **Bruschetta alla Mortadella** was a masterpiece of textures and flavors—the sweet ’n’ sour cherry mostarda and crunchy Sicilian pistachios elevated it completely. The **Potato Crocchetta** was perfectly crisp on the outside and wonderfully fluffy inside, and the **Coriander-Cured Ahi Tuna** with heirloom tomato hearts was exceptionally fresh, bright, and beautifully balanced with a touch of lime. Next came the **'Primavera' Salad**, which was summer on a plate. The combination of fava beans, sweet strawberries, pecorino, and fresh mint over arugula was incredibly vibrant. For the pasta course, the **Conchiglie al Pesto** was a standout—the basil pesto was rich and fragrant, and the addition of zucchini and delicate squash blossoms made it feel truly special. For the mains, the kitchen absolutely excelled. The **Copper River Salmon** was flawlessly cooked, paired with a bright lemon-dill emulsion and preserved lemon that cut through the richness of the fish beautifully. But as a Tuscan steakhouse, the meat is king, and the **14oz Kansas City Strip** did not disappoint—it had a phenomenal crust and was cooked to an absolute flawless temperature. We paired it with the **Whipped Polenta**, which was ridiculously smooth, decadent, and taken to the next level by the melted lardo and Parmigiano-Reggiano. We finished the night with their **Tiramisu**, which was light, perfectly layered, and the ideal sweet ending to an unforgettable meal. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and delivered with that signature hospitality that makes you feel like royalty. Bacco is officially the new gold standard in Music City!
