  Wasn’t able to get my two shakes from ordering on the app, but that was my own fault as I didn’t think to ask if their shake machine was working. They were nice and gave me and my girlfriend two drinks as a substitution. One employee seemed kind of rude, but she might have already been having a stressful day. They were also out of the dip for the french dip sandwich, which was fine. Not a bad Arby’s…

  Got a French dip and Swiss, the au jus was colder than room temperature and the sandwich barely had any cheese on it. It's a shame that fast food is almost always like this now of days. I understamd it's not supposed to be like an actual resteraunt but come on, things like this reflect on the owner. Whoever you are, are you too lazy to make sure this locations manager is training people in the correct manner? You're probably on vacation somewhere without a care in the world or busy creating another stream of income. If you don't tend to this business, it's going to make less and less. 10:02 PM 05/09/26

  Food was excellent even after a 12-minute trip back to the office. The staff was friendly. I did not feel like I was disrupting them. Traffic was moving smoothly around the place. All thumbs up for this visit.

  I am leaving a one-star review on all categories because I've been coming to this Arby's for years and I was there a couple days ago and I have never met someone as rude as Tim Marsh. Mind you, I've never seen this guy before so I'm assuming he's new. Long story short, I bought some sauce that I never received in my bag and Tim told me that he put it in there. I look in the bag and I show him and there's no sauce in there and he's making me feel like I'm a liar. I shouldn't have to go back and forth to get sauce that I paid for it. I will not be coming back here due to the fact that Tim Marsh is very unprofessional and rude
