  I just want to say worst experience of my life. I’m debating if I wanna come back to this location or not. It sucks because this is the only left around me. I love Arbys. I come inside to order my food and mohraeil rudely took my order. It seemed like I was bothering her ordering food. She was on the phone just chatting away walking around.. I have worked in restaurants and that is very unprofessional. She rudely snatched my Money out of my hand when I want to pay for my order and slammed my change and receipt down on the counter and when my food was done, she just yelled and put my tray on the counter and walked away talking on her phone. I don’t understand what was going on. I have never in my life dealt with that kind of experience especially here at Arbys like I said I am debating on coming back or not.

  The best part of this experience was dealing with Regan at store #07499 she was amazing, attentive and deserves a raise. She cares about the people coming in.

  The food was hot and fresh, the establishment was clean with friendly and welcoming employees and the manager Regan Moore was super friendly and helpful. Over all, we had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone. 👍

  I don’t normally leave reviews when I go to restaurants and stuff, but tonight I will have to say that these two ladies deserve to be recognized. Because no matter what busy or not the Lady (Regan) in drive-through was not only kind from the moment she started taking our order, but she was also kind till the end when we pulled away with our food. She definitely kept that smile and chatted with us while we waited. She made sure to repeat our order back to us twice. She made sure we got all the sauces and napkins that we needed in our bag. We checked the bag and everything was hot and fresh. We asked who made our sandwiches mozzarella sticks and the potato cakes. Esmeralda thank you for make sure our food was hot and fresh. We haven’t came to Arby’s in a while Because the one closest to us closed and we did have very bad experiences there food always cold things missing in the bag. Tonight we made that choice to stop By and grab dinner! Thank you once again and we will be back!

  I was staying away from Arby’s because I wasn’t happy with anything, small quantities of meat , poorly prepared. But the Arby’s in Nashboro is fantastic!! Friendly, fast and the food is amazing!!!
