  Closing lady with key was so rude I walked in for a pick up and she immediately gave attitude and said to get out and go they drive thru as the order was already done not happy

  They definitely got the meats 😆 I usually get double where we're from and it's like a single but the double here WOW!! They did amazing thank you I wasn't able to finish it lol (gave rest to my son nothing goes to waste)

  I was absolutely appauled today by the manager and how he treated his employees at this location. I'm not sure what his day has included but it definitely should not give him the right to put on a disgraceful representation of management in front of customers. He snapped on an employee who was in the lobby cleaning after taking our orders, who immediately responded to assist as requested then fired them in front of customers saying he should have know they needed help... It was unsettling and completely inappropriate actions in front of customers

  I had a roast beef sandwich, the meat was gray and very dry, very tasteless. The woman that took my order was not very bright. I said double meat roast beef with lettuce, tomato, onion , curly fries, and tea. She said would you like to make that a combo. PAY ATTENTION. Then she asked for a name. I told her my name and she said “Mary”? I am not any where near a Mary. I am a large male - no doubt. Her name was Temperance. If this is what you are hiring to man the front of the restaurant I dare to think what’s working in the back of the restaurant.
