  Made a reservation for 8pm for my family and I. Received a call at 7:30 asking if we were still coming. I explained yes we would be there on time at 8:00 :00 and then I was told that they technically closed at 8pm but would accommodate us. As soon as we sat down our waiter came up and if I use this that we needed to order food and drinks immediately due to the bar and kitchen closing asap. When I asked why we were allowed to make a reservation if everything was closing he said he was unaware why. We ordered our food and drinks as quickly as possible once we received our food which was about 45 minutes later and ate two of our six plates we're up to par. Food was missing and they couldn't replace it because the kitchen was closed. Steak was not cooked the way it should have been but unfortunately there was nothing they can do because the kitchen was closed We are tourists to this area and we were so excited to see this place. Although the atmosphere itself was beautiful, the service and food was very disappointing.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quentin was absolutely fantastic and truly one of the highlights of our trip to Nashville! From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming. His knowledge of the menu was exceptional—he answered every question with confidence and gave us excellent recommendations that made our experience even better. What really stood out was how attentive Quentin was throughout the entire meal. He seemed to anticipate what our table needed before we even had to ask, while never making us feel rushed. It was the perfect balance of attentive and relaxed service. Beyond the outstanding service, Quentin’s personality is what really made the experience memorable. He was genuinely fun to talk to and made us feel like more than just another table. When you think back on a vacation and remember the people who helped make it special, Quentin is definitely one of those people. Outstanding service, incredible personality, and an absolute asset to the restaurant. Give Quentin a raise! We’ll definitely remember him as one of the highlights of our Nashville trip!

  My credit card was compromised there to store this past Saturday night. I know happened there because I only had used it three times in the past five weeks and all three were tap inside the store not chip inserted not swiped. I only use tap but some restaurants take your card away from the table and then bring it back to you .on Monday morning. Someone tried to use my card for walmart.com $628.90 course my Card company contacted me and it was never allowed to go through so I’m out at no money but the store was called and I advised them of an issue. They said they can’t do anything because there’s no proof and I understand that I guess but they need to look at their cameras for that Saturday night, which would’ve been I believe August 22. They have my receipt number they have the server name had it had to happen in there so people please if I would have known that I could tapped it at their terminal. I would have done it. Do not let servers take your card away from the table. It can happen to you at any restaurant. it was at the Nashville store

  The food was mid at BEST. My wife’s meal was wrong not once, not twice, but three times they messed up her order. The waitress was nice and made sure we were kept in the loop of what was going on with our food. They also encourage you to walk around and take pictures while waiting for your food. Well while we were walking our table got bussed and our drinks got taken back. Luckily they had most of them back before we got back. The waitress said we should leave a personal item at our table so it doesn’t happen again. You’d think they would have better communication. Again, the food was comparable to like an Applebees or a chilis but it is 2-3x the price. Overall will not be back, and honestly would not recommended. If you want to eat and see an aquarium go to an actual aquarium and get concession food. It will taste better and be around the same price for more of an actual experience.

  We had a 4:45 PM reservation through OpenTable. We checked in at 4:17 PM, which was 28 minutes early, and then watched the restaurant seat other people while we waited. We were finally seated at 5:30 PM, 45 minutes after our reservation time, which only happened because I checked with the hostess AGAIN. The hostess acknowledged that we had been checked in and that they had seated someone else instead. By the way, when that mistake was realized and addressed, we had to - get this - get in line behind 3 other groups… Then, after we were finally seated, I asked our server how long it would realistically take before we received drinks or food. To his credit, he was honest: about another 20 minutes. I made it clear that none of this was his fault, thanked him for being honest, and we left. At the price point of this restaurant — where dinner for two can very easily approach $200 — this is completely unacceptable. A reservation is supposed to mean something. We were celebrating our 15th anniversary. I understand a restaurant running 10 or 15 minutes behind on a busy Saturday. Things happen, I spent half my live as a server. But checking guests in well before their reservation, apparently losing track of them, seating someone else, making them wait 45 minutes past their reserved time, and then expecting another substantial wait just to begin service is not a minor delay. It is terrible reservation and floor management. We had already gone to Saltgrass while waiting, where we were seated immediately and treated like paying customers rather than an inconvenience. The aquarium itself may be impressive, but there are far too many good restaurants in Nashville to spend this kind of money somewhere that handles reservations this poorly. If you book here, understand that your confirmed reservation apparently does not mean you will actually have a table anywhere near that time. Ignore my food and atmosphere reviews, as I didn’t get a chance to review those honestly.
