  Inconvenient. Ordered one drink. Not a difficult or complicated drink. Took 15+ minutes with no line. Great staff, but won’t be back.

  I don’t leave many negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. The staff came across as rude and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Customer service goes a long way, especially first thing in the morning, and unfortunately this location missed the mark. It honestly felt like they needed a cup of coffee before trying to serve everyone else. I hope this was just an off day because a friendly attitude can make all the difference.

  The drive thru traffic backs up with maybe 7 cars in it, making it impossible to use E. Trinity Lane. They knew this but opened there anyway.
