  Upon visiting the store, I thought things would be nice. I’ve never eaten at this Wingstop before, but after waiting a little while for my food, I watched the lady use the tongs to pull down cups a number of cups to put up under a counter, then go back with the same tongs and pull down a box not knowing where the box come from cause I’m sure it shipped from somewhere Put the tongs back inside the basket where you cook the wings the fries or whatever it may be then the girl goes behind her use the same tongs never put them to wash never got new ones and pull out my chicken to put in a bowl for the sauce calling tje it store. The lady said she was a general manager explain the situation and that I had to throw the food away that I spent $18 and some change she wasn’t apologetic and act like she really didn’t care all she did was say thank you for letting me know Upon asking her. Do you know who worked that day? She only stated yes I make the schedule which was rude still never apologize or try to make things right I don’t know who run the store but they should not have a 2.8 customer service is horrible But somehow I’ll figure out another way to reach out to somebody that really do care. Please stay far away from the store.

  I only go to this location because my call in and online orders are always prepared fast. Even just two nights ago, I called 30 minutes til close and when I got there, they didn’t seem bothered by the late order and my food was very fresh. I even had an encounter with two great employees Maddie & Lauraka who wound up making my night. It’s a small inside and there were about 4 people dining in, even at that time. So if you wanted to do the same, you could and it not be awkward. They also have the freestyle drink machine there which is always a plus. Fave location. It’s not super busy and always has parking spots.

  The food? Great. Some of the best wings anywhere. The service? Absolutely terrible. They are always so slow and the employees will completely ignore you while standing there having a conversation with each other.

  The only reason that I gave them a 1 is because I couldn't put negative figures. I don't understand how they have a 2.8 overall rating. Its the culture there. It really doesn't matter which of the many employees they go through, the attitudes are always terrible. A few days ago was the last straw. I will go out of my way another Wingstop but there are better wings other places anyway.
