As I was waiting i was listened to a customer speaking with the same person that gave me amazing customer service. However, this customer was very disrespectful, Difficult, and belligerent to the employee. To the point that i wanted to confront him. Olandis Remain calm, did not raise his voice and Handle the situation with grace. props to that Olandis ! When I receive my food, he came out with a smile, and my food was delicious and fresh. I will definitely be returning. Give him a raise why don’t you .
- TTTyeMay 24, 20261.0I would like to file a complaint regarding an extremely unpleasant experience I had at the Murfreesboro Memorial Wingstop location on Sunday, May 24th, around 8:40 PM. The male shift supervisor on duty was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during my interaction with him. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected to the point that I chose not to place my order and walked out in order to prevent the situation from escalating further. The interaction felt hostile and, based on the tone and treatment I received, appeared to be racially motivated. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism regardless of who is serving me. I am very disappointed by this experience because no customer should feel unwelcome or targeted while simply trying to order food. I hope this matter is taken seriously and properly addressed with the employee involved. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
