Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Edward was kind enough to provide me with a free large cup to get me some drink. It shows his care and character. The store is also neat as well.

    Food was excellent. Got the Sweet & Spicy burger and medium drink both of which were much larger than I was anticipating. Sam was excellent and attentive to our orders. Restaurant was kept in very clean conditions

    Man this has to be one of the friendliest restaurants I've had the joy of coming to hot fresh food I got the patty melt, and after hearing how the employee enjoyed the new hot honey crisp sandwich I had to grab one myself a one

    WOW! I have never been to ANY fast food establishment that runs the store at the level of excellence that this WHATABURGER does. Edward, Ben and the rest of the staff have the best attitudes and customer service. Im talking hand and foot, ready to serve and take care of you. Got me feeling like royalty. And the food was so fresh 😩 I can't recommend this location enough! I dont care if you're on the other side of town, come to the medical center location! Trust me.
